Manual dynamic activation technique.

Cost-effective method for irrigation activation at the end of root canal treatment.

How to do??
1)Select Gutta percha cone which snugly fits at the working length
2)Hold it with a tweezer one mm short of working length
3)Start manual irrigation with an up and down motion at a frequency of 100 strokes for approximately one minute.

So yes if you put some effort, you can save money and get good results😊
