The 3 days screening workshop was a great time for the team to observe and get to know all of you who showed up. We hope the candidates too had a great and enlightening experience! ✨

"At the end of the three-day screening workshop we had a mini world war trying to shortlist all candidates .. "
The decision was not easy to make, and the implementation was even harder... 😮‍💨

After hours of back and forth here are the much deserving candidates
(let this not bring you down, because 'haar ke jeetne walo ko bazigar kehete hai'🫂

This was team Hasratein recreating a scene from the epic hindi film lagaan in Jesus and Mary College's Stage competition 'Jhalak' , depicting the heroic victory of kachra over his social handicap and giving a new social tempering to the film.

Hasratein performed at Patiya, Almora on the alarming issues of 'migration and the struggle between the villagers and the government officials'.
It was under the Patiya cluster project of Ram Lal Anand College.

Inke pep talks after every practice session and before performance bohot yaad aayenge 😭
Ab "BAAP JI" ke liye aur kya hi bole hum- humari na bolli baatye samjhna toh inse bahetar kisiko nahi aata
"Tussi na jaoo" bolkar apko roukenge nahi- nahi hi "bye- we will miss you" bolenge...
Bas itna kahenge... someday hum sab apke fans ke line mein wait karte huye milenge apko... asking for one more photograph together kyuki,
"Hum hai raahi pyar ke... phir milenge.... chalte- chalte"

When you think of the sweetest soul that exists in this huge team, it will be fair to assume that one name will flash before everyone's head. A Man who kept the spirit of this team alive with his subtle, sweet yet clever humor which, by the way, is adored by the team! His wholesomeness knows no bounds! The man who always wore the coolest t-shirts, the pop culture enthusiast, The Kachori eater, The office guy, also the guy who is a different personality altogether once he gets drunk (Aadmi hi badal jaata hai daaru chadhte hi re! Kaise??)

Sometimes we burden and exhaust ourselves with ambitions, responsibilities, dreams and what not?....In a way BHAVAY Bhai taught us that these things are important but you can never forget to smile. Serious discussions ke beech mein silly sa joke mar kar sabko hasa dena is his virtue. Aur shayad wahi sabko machine ki tarah kaam krne se rokta hai....Shayad ussi waqt sabko yaad ata hai ki arre muskurana bhi toh hai!
