Rescue story #1

Hello everyone 👋🏼
My name is Coco. This is a happy story or I at least hope so. I am a lab mix 3 month old puppy. I was abandoned by my previous owner on the streets in Crossing republik on a dark winter night when he realised that I was not the ‘breed’ he wanted. Since then, I am moved from foster to foster. 😞
Thats when an amazing hooman adopted me. Finally things were aligning in my favour.

They loved me so much and I loved them to every cell in me. I was pampered and well looked after. I used to sleep in between them, I followed them everywhere and I even learned the ‘sit’ command. But sadly after adoption, my mom started facing allergies and it was confirmed that it was because of me. Therefore, they couldn’t keep me anymore.

I was yet again looking for another home or at least a foster. And once again luck shone on me and I got adopted by another loving family. Finally a place to settle down for the rest of my...someone to call my own....someone to shower with my licks and boops. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is my happily ever after.

Animal abuse. This very word sends shivers down our spine. Be it any animal-big or small. Nobody likes to mistreat animals. But unfortunately, some people don’t mind abusing animals. The good news is that you can help fight animal cruelty by understanding what it means and how you can help. This is a tough topic to digest, but people who stand up against animal abuse send a strong message.

We, at helping humans for animals are a bunch of people who believe that we can make a difference in the lives of these voiceless souls. We have working professionals, students and elderly people amongst who believe in setting aside some of their time and energy in helping these stranded souls. This is our way of giving back to nature. Join us, as we attempt to give a new meaning to their lives.
