1. Planning sales and marketing strategies and achieving monthly, quarterly, Annually targets.Developing promotional strategies & analyzing sales performance as per market trends.

2. Manage and lead the team of ROs and Sales executives to achieve targeted sales.

3. Creating & maintaining healthy business relations.Ensure the highest quality of customer satisfaction.

4. Maintain business relationships with existing customers and HNIs to Source potential leads.
