Most of our lifeโs success and happiness depends on the way we think . If we feel good about ourself , we think in right direction and we feel positive , our efforts will succeed . We will come out as a better person in all good and bad times .
Staying positive is like winning the half of the game and rest half is our hard work and dedication .
I have experienced myself that even in the worst circumstances, if we manage to at least think positive and smile a little .. we can deal with situation in a good way and come out as a strong person๐ช . But if we lose hope , feel negative about things .. we make the situation more difficult and feel trapped . Water is one of our natural resource which Mother Earth has provided us . Our body has got this essential element in its formation and it is one drink that can just replenish our mind , body and soul .
So today I am going to share benefits of drinking water and Best times to drink water .
Water is like a medicine as our ancient Ayurveda suggests but only if drink at right times during the day.
Drinking 2 -3 glasses of lukewarm water in the morning is medicinal for our body . It acts as a cleanser for our toxins , detoxify our organs and activates the metabolism .
Drinking 1 glass 30 minutes before a meal aids in digestion.
Drinking 1 to 2 glasses before and after workouts or exercise replenishes the energy levels .

The first tool I would say for a Healthy Mind and Healthy body is Exercise. Any form for exercise done regularly can help us maintain our fitness and stay healthy .
Like famous actor Akshay Kumar says - โIf you cant give 1 hour to yourself from your 24 hours in a day , you are not doing Justice to yourself โ
Exercise can be a walk , jog or run in the park . It can be gym , cardio workout , yoga or aerobics . It can also be playing any sport . Any form of physical activity according to your body and likeness .
During this lockdown period , we can just exercise on our terrace or garden like I do and keep up the routine . And we can do it together with family members or husband or kids as then one enjoy it more and also keeps you motivated .
To make it more interesting , one can change the form of exercise every day and in this way we can end up doing everything in one week .
So Friends just try to add Exercise in your everyday lives and stay healthy .
