#rearmilitarypress Been trying to incorporate this #banned (pretty sure it can injure you if done inappropriately) #exercise in my #shoulderworkout routine since past month and the only bad impact i am getting from it is a stronger and more mobile rear shoulder. The amount of unaccessed #muscle fibres this recruits for me is amazing and i am pretty sure this is gonna lend me some new development in the shoulder region in the muscle building phase. Amazing if you already hit this in your routine, try it out and experience the connectivity to the posterior #delt this builds otherwise. DO NOT use momentum and start with an unloaded bar to start doing this and give a full range of motion from the bar resting on the #traps to the fully contracted #overhead press.
