Patient presented to us with breathing difficulty and dysphagia.. Investigation suggested large lesion in suprasternal area..FNAC suggestive of a benign lesion Emergency neck exploration done and 8x8 cm large tumour(biopsy awaited) was removed...Patient discharged and is doing fine...
