Years ago I was going through depression, nobody knows the situation I'm going through,
I was hiding my tears from my family, friends and everyone, and fighting with myself inside,
Nobody knows and I didn't tell anybody till now. I was getting suicidal thoughts. Which I have never imagined,
Some accident happen in your life and you don't know how to over come of this situation. I want to tell you it's ok if you lost yourself in your relationship or any situation in your life.
I have gone through the difficult situation in my life, and I have over come,
These two years one of the darkest year of my life, but in two years I learnt a lot. I would say I learnt to live a life.
So any situation you are going through, शबर रखना, one day you'll be on of the happiest person on this planet.
Trust yourself, keep working hard, make it happen. You can do it,
Some people don't come to stay forever in your life, some relationship teach you a lot , make you realise your worth. और फिर वो चले जाते है,
शबर रखना, चलते जाना
जो चाहा है वो जरूर मिलेगा,

Mood.

Always chase progress. Don't think about perfection.
In some situations of life. We stuck. At that time don't think about perfection. Take action whether you are. And your focus should be progress.
It could be a little step but try to grow. Slowly you'll be satisfaction. You will be there where you want to live your life and as you want.
Every successful people they have started their journey they all started small and in his own place and comfort..
Start developing your attitude to be busy in creating something.
Like, करने वाले कर देते है, सोचने वाले कल भी सोचते थे आज भी सोच रहे और कल भी सोचते रहेंगे,
Today we have internet and everywhere people are getting aware about this. And this is a opportunity that you can do anything by anywhere where you feel safe and satisfied.
Start taking action about your dream it doesn't matter where you are..

Hold the vision, trust process (MBA CHAI WALA).

If you don't love yourself you can never love someon else.

Stop judging yourself. Because there no any logic to judgement.

Focus on what resources you have and start with that. Slowly you will get what you want in your life.
But if you are comparing yourself to others. It will make you depressed

Bad communication ends a lot of good things and One honest conversation can change everything.
If you are not good communicator you will lost many things in your life.
Whether it is communication of girlfriend or boyfriend, whether it is communication with parents or thair children. Or it could be in friends also.
I can say if you want to be happy and successful in your life you must have good communication skill.

Whatever your vision is just hold it. And in between you will demotivate. You will stuck, and also you will face rejection.

After a long time. I'm feeling like it's my new birth.
It was very tough time for me and also Bebs. But whatever happens. Happens for good.
After long time I'm back in my normal life. I hope we both will achieve everything in our life.

Don't think too much about your future. You never know where will be.
Because our future will not be as we think.

You have to understand it.
This time when you are facing this problem you won't feel good.
You think why it's happening only with me.
But let me tell you when you pass this trouble time when you look back then you will understand ki wo kyu hua tha.
So everything is parmanent. Just have faith everything will be good.

Overthinking is an art of creating problem that does not exist.
So stop thinking 🤔 too much. And there is only one solution of overthinking is be busy in your life.
So don't be alone be with your friends and family and try to be busy in study, in your work, or whatever you do.
