Mango Tadgola Salad 🥗 🥭 Ingredients 1. Mango - 1 cubed 2. Ice Apple / Tadgola - 2, de-skinned and cut 3. Edamame - 1 cup, boiled 4. Mix Salad Leaves 5. Cucumber - 1, diced 6. Tofu - marinated in soy sauce For 15 mins 7. Cranberries to garnish 8. Almond shavings to garnish Mango Jalapeño Dressing 1. Mango chunks - 1 cup 2. Olive oil - 3 tbsp 3. Apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp 4. Jalapeño- 1/2 5. Coriander - 1/4th cup 6. Lemon - 2tbsp 7. Salt & pepper to taste Blend all items together and add some water to adjust consistency To make the salad Follow the instructions mentioned in the video and enjoy!

🥭🥗 Mediterranean Mango Salad 🥗 🥭 Ingredients Mango - 1 Baby Spinach leaves - 100gms OR Mix Greens - 100gms Carrot - 1 julienne Red Bell Pepper - 1/2 julliene Onion - 1 small, sliced Cucumber - 1 small, diced Black Til - for garnish Sumac powder - for garnish For Tahini Dressing Tahini Paste - 3 tbsp Olive oil - 2 tbsp Lemon juice - 2 tbsp Honey - 2 tbsp Salt & Pepper Whisk all to make the dressing. Preparation 1. Chop Carrots, Red Bell pepper in julienne 2. Slice onion, dice cucumbers 3. Cut Mango in cubes. 4. Layer Baby spinach leaver or mix Greens as the base in a bowl. 5. Add carrots, bell peppers, cucumber and onion. 6. Add the dressing and toss well! 7. Sprinkle some black till and sumac powder as garnish.

🥭🥭 Mango Chia Pudding 🥭 🥭 Ingredients 1. Chia Seeds - 5tbsp 2. Coconut Milk - 200ml 3. Honey 4. Hapus Mango - 1 5. Medjool Dates - 2 Preparation 1. Soak the chia seeds in coconut milk for 10 mins for runny consistency. 2. The more time you soak, the thicker the consistency is. 3. Add honey, but this step is optional. 4. Cut the Hapus Mango into bite sized pieces and layer it on top of the pudding 5. Chop the dates and layer on top. 6. You can add almond shavings, or chopped walnuts for some crunch. 7. Chill for 20 mins and have it cold.

Melons and Burrata Cheese Salad Ingredients Watermelon Muskmelon Avacado Burrata Cheese Salt & Pepper For Dressing Balsamic Vinegar - 4tbsp Olive oil - 4tbsp Honey - 4tbsp Lemon Juice - 4tbsp Dijon mustard - 1tbsp Garlic - 1 clove crushed Salt & Pepper Whisk everything well. Preparation 1. Using a Melon baller scooper, scoop out Watermelon, muskmelon & Avacado 2. Add Burrata cheese 3. Pour the dressing 4. Add Basil leaves as garnish - optional step 5. Serve chilled

Ingredients Aubergine - 1 large Olive oil - 1 tbsp For Dressing Pomegranate juice - 300ml Balsalmic vinegar - 2 tbsp Olive oil - 2 tbsp Parsley - 2 tbsp Finely chopped Salt & Pepper as desired Pomegranate seeds - for garnish For Tzatziki Dip Hung curd - 1/2 cup Olive oil - 1 tbsp Garlic - 2 cloves crushed Cucumber - 1/2 grated Dill - 2 tbsp Finely chopped Salt & pepper to taste Preparation 1. Cut Aubergine length wise or in circles and sweat them on a cloth by sprinkling salt on both sides. Set them aside for few minutes. 2. For Dressing, reduce the Pomegranate juice to half and let it cool down. 3. Add rest of the ingredients and whisk well. 4. For Tzatziki dip, take and the ingredients in a bowl and whisk well. 5. Cook the aubergine on a pan by applying olive oil on the pan. 6. Plate them as shown in the video. 7. Enjoy!

Caper Raisins Relish Ingredients Capers -3/4th cup (Finely chopped) Raisins - 1 cup Water - 1/4th to 1/2 cup Lemon juice - 2 tbsp Salt pepper to taste Procedure - Finely chop Capers after washing them thoroughly with water. - Bring Raisins to a boil and stir them until all the water is absorbed. - Let the Raisins cool - Add Capers and Raisins to a food processor - Mince them - Add them to a pan with 1 tbsp olive oil - Add Lemon juice - Pair it with Cauliflower or Cabbage Steak. - Enjoy it on a toast!
