Growing up, I always had a passion for creating things with my hands. There was something magical about turning raw materials into something beautiful and meaningful. This passion followed me into adulthood, leading me to start my own small business—crafting candles that not only light up a room but also warm the soul.

When I first started my candle business, it was just me, a small kitchen space, and a whole lot of dreams. I would spend late nights experimenting with scents, pouring wax, and hand-labeling each candle. There were moments of doubt, times when I wondered if I could really make this work. But through it all, one thing remained constant—my belief in the power of gratitude.

Gratitude became my guiding light. Every order, no matter how small, was a reason to celebrate. Each kind review and message from customers filled my heart with joy and reaffirmed my purpose. I started a gratitude journal, where I would jot down every little thing that made me smile each day. It helped me stay grounded, focused, and motivated.

Two years ago, on World Environment Day, I crafted our first globe candle, a symbol of our commitment to sustainability. As I watched the first one burn, I felt a deep connection to our planet and the responsibility we have to protect it. At SOSA, we’re always taking baby steps towards sustainability by
