☑️ When did the last time you took a screen and media detox?
__________________________________________________________
✅ Previous month, after studying about "focus" I took a day out to screen and media detox out of excitement.
✅So no phones, no laptop, and no devices.
✅ Initially I felt if there is something to do, or am I going to sleep today.
✅ Nevertheless I started my day with some workout, this time I was not watching any video to follow or clicking pictures after that and I could hear my own voices rather than anyone else.It was enjoying actually.
✅I had my breakfast mindfully and then just walked around my home, plants and I saw few things that I haven't noticed much since past few months at my home.
✅I read books, I organized my place, I engaged with my family, I meditated, I wrote, went over few old picture books and it was so much fun that I repeat this cycle whenever I feel like.
✅ Yes it gets difficult especially we have pending work and devices are the first thing we need for it, but taking this time out really helped me to realign my focus and increase the time for deep work.

✅ Before structuring that framework, I went into researching different already existing methods and theories .
✅Though most of the steps mentioned above helps to some extent but I still feel if it gives better results if they are customized to own needs.
✅Still in the experimentation phase, will definitely share with you all once it's ready, meanwhile try them out .

☑️ Are you dealing with pain .
__________________________________________________________
✅ Pain is an inevitable part of life like joy.
✅Ranging from mild to severe and causes can be one of many, leading to physical or mental health issues.
✅While avoiding it, would do no good .So Take time to heal but more than that realize when it is preventing you from doing harm to yourself in any means be it your self esteem, confidence, your goals etc .
✅ Whenever you are overthinking about the causes of your pain ,realize it and break the thought immediately.
✅And yes reaching out for help might be difficult but just go for it.

How I remained positive and happy during the pandemic at home:
✅Using the environment around me to my benefit, it's important to have an environment set for your learnings,work etc hence keep innovating it and keep it organized.
✅Family engagement at home be it a movie session together, sunday lunch specials or Saturday night fun ,it's completely worth it .
✅Having more greens in the food and around myself .Be it plants in my garden or inside the room.
✅Self grooming even at home .You might not feel the need to step out so you may compromise with yourself not looking the best of you as other days or not taking enough care of your skin .Remember it's not for others its for your own self and hygiene.
✅ Keeping balance while eating,being at home can lead to overeating sometimes ,hence keep everything balanced while eating is really important.
✅Weekend self care jar really helped me do so many things I wanted to do and gave me happiness.Try making one for yourself and see the difference.

✅ Indigestion is a common problem that we face and why not since digestion is a good long process which depends on the food you eat ,so if you are not giving enough time to food to digest you might land up with issues in your stomach more often.
✅Skin is sometimes very underrated and its a struggle to keep a healthy skin but if you think its just for the beauty so now its time to explore some other interesting facts about the skin .
✅If you are feeling tired and making an excuse to skip your exercises then maybe you have found another reason to do it since it will give you more energy after that.
✅Almonds and avocados not only just have physical health benefits but it contributes to improve your sexual health as well .
✅Simply being optimistic can be a preventive measure for certain diseases ,explore in the post .

✅How many of you have body type goals instead of health goals ?
✅Many of you might have and considering your inner wants , nothing is wrong.
✅But the wishes of a particular body structure will fade away one day and you will realize the true wealth of staying fit ,eating well and still glowing.
✅You will see the most fit people sometimes either shattered from within or their skin does not glow or they have n other digestive problems etc.
✅True health reflects your overall energy levels , glowing skin, happy heart and a healthy mind & body .
✅So consider again if you call yourself fit.

✅Muscle Trigger : If you dont feel your muscle triggering while you exercise ,there might be something wrong .When you run, you feel out of your breath after some time.But when you squat or perform lunges ,do you feel somewhere in your legs if yes where exactly do you really sense those triggers.

✅Focus on the form : Form and postures can help you evaluate whether you are exercising in the right way or not . Incorrect posture can lead to greater harm than good , it can change the structure of your body in unwanted ways and also is a waste of time since it does not trigger the right muscles that needs to build up.

✅ Don't stop and use your inspiration: Be mindful even while you exercise.If you have less time take less breaks and push yourself hard ,it will take time to get into routine but use your inspiration it can be anything that helps you come out of your comfort zone be it your coach,trainer , video ,music etc.

✅Hey there , I need your suggestions.
✅I think I have so many of you in my space who are full of innovative ideas to keep themselves healthy ,so please check in today for the following question and drop your valuable suggestion.

One unique way/trick you use while making your recepie more healthy.
You can even share your favorite healthy snack/meal.
I cook rarely but here are few things that I like to do.
✅Include kadi patta, coriander or any other green leafy garnish over the meals.
✅Using ghee .
✅Steaming and baking over frying .
✅Use dried herbs and spices.
✅Using local and seasonal as much as possible.
✅Using lemon garnish wherever applicable.
✅Keeping homemade chutney ready made out of pudina, coconut and coriander sometimes including raw mangoes.
✅Jaggery is one of my go-to when it comes to sweet.

✅ If it is not home cooked ,there is a need to re evaluate if it is not really not causing any harm to us .
✅ Some of the most used foods like brown breads ,cereals ,oily nuts,salad dressings if bought from store can be extremely dangerous to your health.
✅So next time when you do that ,make sure the source and lables are correctly identified.

☑️ You might have n excuses to hide your flaws but we dont hesitate to judge the people around ,and sometimes it's to a severe extent.
☑️And when this happens you make your relationships more complex and your mind more chaotic.
__________________________________________________________
✅ The "fundamental attribution error" is a psychological phenomenon in which we tend to view other people's actions as reflections of their characters and to overlook the power of situation to
influence their actions where as with ourselves we recognize the pressures of circumstances.
✅Avoid judging people harshly especially on the first or second meet.
✅ Understand the current situation , ask some questions and get to the root cause of the reasons instead of making assumptions and staying with them.
✅ This can improve your relationships tremendously and give you more happiness and peace.
✅Sometimes it will be hard to distinguish whether you are judging too much or its the truth ,hence wait to see the occurrences of such situations multiple times before coming to any conclusion.

✅Are you someone who always plan for future and work on actions or do you retrospect as well sometimes ?
✅When I look back into my journey ,I feel proud ,I feel silly and I feel happy.

And here I share some of my unusual learnings along the way :
✅Your hard work will not always lead to what you want in life ,sometimes you will realize that happened for good .
✅You will find you are loving the unwanted/ wrong people and ignoring the wanted/ right ones. There is no wrong or right kind of people but there is wrong and right with respect to you.
✅No matter how rich you are , your work and individuality will fulfill and satisfy you more than that.And this does not mean you don't want money ,you need that too in good amount .
✅There will be all kind of days happening to you ,so chill don't be too hard on yourself.And when it's not a happy day, enforce a smile.
✅Even if you don't like what majority are doing for their productivity and if you want a normal happy life it's completely okay, life is more what you want and create out of it
✅You may feel you are not responsible for certain tasks but indirectly you are responsible for many little things around you ,and a small step towards those responsibilities can really change the world.
