नमस्कार मित्रांनो,
पुण्यापासुन जवळच, जुना पुणे - मुंबई रस्त्यावर घोरवडेश्वर हे डोंगरातील गुहांमध्ये असलेले पुरातन देवस्थान आहे. सायकलवरून या देवस्थानाला भेट द्यायचे मनात आले आणि लगेच निघालोसुद्धा. सर्व प्रवास महामार्गावरून होता म्हणून आज रोड बाईक घेऊन निघालो. जाऊन येऊन एकूण 60km चा सायकल प्रवास होणार होता.

सायकलिंग माझा छंद आहे. फिटनेस साठी मी व्यायामाबरोबर हर्बललाईफ कंपनीची प्रॉडक्ट्स वापरतो. अधिक माहितीसाठी जरूर मला कॉल/व्हाट्सअप करा.

चांदणी चौकातून रमत गमत सायकलिंग चा छान आनंद घेत प्रवास सुरू केला. सुस पुलावर थांबून हिंजेवडीला जाणाऱ्या चाकरमान्यांची धावपळ कॅमेऱ्यात पकडून पुढे निघालो. बालेवाडी , हिंजवडी पार करून देहूरोड ला पोचलो. पुढे अमरदेवी देवस्थानजवळ छोटासा ब्रेक घेऊन घोरवडेश्वर डोंगराच्या पायथ्याशी पोचलो.

पायथ्याशी एक नंदी असून कमानीचे प्रवेशद्वार आहे. तेथून लगेचच पायऱ्या सुरू होतात. शंभोSSS... शिवशंकर म्हणून पायऱ्या चढायला सुरुवात केली. पायऱ्या चढून पठारावर आलो. तेथील गार वाऱ्याने आणि लांबवर दिसणाऱ्या निसर्ग सौंदर्याने मन प्रसन्न झाले. पठारावर थोडा टाइम पास करून पुढे गेलो. स्वच्छ परिसरात डोंगरात दगडात कोरलेल्या गुहा आणि पाण्याची टाकी दिसू लागली. डोंगरातील गुहांमध्ये घोरवडेश्वर , महादेव आणि विठ्ठल-रखुमाई अशी तीन मंदिरे आहेत.

देवदर्शन करून गुहा फिरून आलो. गुहांमध्ये बरीच छोटी दालने आहेत. शेकडो वर्षात कितीतरी लोक या गुहांमध्ये राहून , भेट देऊन गेले असतील. आज मी पण त्या मध्ये सामील झालो होतो. पूर्वीचा काळ, येथील वातावरण, येणारे लोक त्यांचे वास्तव्य या कल्पना विश्वात थोडावेळ पार बुडून गेलो होतो.

लांबवर गहुंजे स्टेडियम आणि एक्सप्रेस वे दिसत होता. स्वच्छ , शुद्ध हवा, गुहेतील गंभीर वातावरण आणि डोंगरातील शांतता अनुभवून परतीचा प्रवास सुरु केला. संध्याकाळी घरी सुखरूप पोचलो. लांबलेल्या पावसा नंतरच्या पहिला सायकल प्रवास एक अविस्मरणीय आनंद देऊन गेला.
