Holy Week Program at St Patrick’s Cathedral 2024.

Christ became obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. Because of this, God greatly exalted him and bestowed on him the name which is above every other name.

Good Friday is called “Good” because Jesus died so that all of us could have life and enjoy God’s forgiveness and freedom from sin.

Let us wait for the Lord and spend today in prayer and silence.

Christ instituted the Holy Eucharist today, and gave us the ultimate commandment – “love one another as I have loved you.”

Let us have the utmost reverence for His body and blood that was given up for us and strive to follow Him in washing each other’s feet every day with love and humility.

May you have a Holy Maundy Thursday.

The 95-year-old Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI passed away on Saturday at 9:34 AM in his residence at the Vatican's Mater Ecclesiae Monastery.

A two days recollection organised for St. Patrick’s youth to spend time in God’s marvellous Creation, learning about His Word and diving deeper into knowing His love for all of us!

A few glimpses from the Gospel Sharing session conducted by our parish priest Rev. Fr. S. A. Louis was organised by the youth at St. Patrick's cathedral!

An afternoon of meditating upon the scriptures, reflecting on the Word of God and sharing.

The faith formation team under the leadership of Fr. William Anthony organized a reconciliation session for the youth of St. Patrick's cathedral.

A wonderful session filled with praise & worship, testimonies and most importantly self reflection.

St. Patrick’s Youth organised a programme on the 31st of July, in honour of our parents and grandparents; an evening filled with laughter tears and entertainment!

An evening of laughter, games, songs and sharing!

The youth of St. Patrick's Cathedral visited St. Anthony's Boarding on Sunday, 17th July 2022 to spend some time with the children and reach out to them in love and affection.

Receiving the light of Christ, the core team was presented by Fr. William Anthony to be commissioned by our Rector, Fr. S. A. Louis in the Cathedral.

We appreciate everyone's wonderful presence that took this experience to an entire next level under the guidance and awesome company of Fr. William, Fr. Stanley, Ryan uncle and the St.Patrick's Youth Family!!

This Sunday we're organizing a 'Youth Bonding program' at 12:00 pm in the parish hall to welcome the new youth of our parish.
