Meditation, practice of asanas, kryas, selfless service (sewa), chanting mantras, kirtan, performance of aarti, pooja, Ganga ritual, fire ceremony (Havan), meditative walking in the nature, mauna (silence), practive of discipline, ahimsa, santosha ...
All activities and values in the retreat lead the students to go deep inwardly.

Yesterday we enjoyed a nature walk on the way to a secluded beach where we have our ritual bathing in the fresh, cleansing waters of the Ganga
