"Immersive Learning: Podar International School, Shivamogga-2, hosted the 2-day Induction Program-Guru Dakshta under the guidance of Venue Director, Dr Saroja Shillin, Podar International School, Shivamogga-2. The sessions delve deep into CBSE's upgraded policies and academic curriculum. Day one saw four enlightening sessions covering CBSE website portals and the significance of enhancing CBSE and skill subjects. The excitement continued on day two with four more sessions focusing on examinations, evaluations, and the plethora of IT services available on the CBSE website. Throughout the program, teachers engaged in fun-filled activities while absorbing a wealth of information. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Resource Persons Mr. Girish Kumar, Principal of Podar International School, Mangalore, and Mr. George Kurian, Principal of GM Vidyanikethan Public School, Bramhavara. The teachers' of Podar International School, Shivamogga-2, Shivamogga-1, Davangere and Arsikere were also part of this Induction Program. This initiative not only equips educators with the latest tools and knowledge but also fosters a vibrant community dedicated to delivering quality education."

It was a day filled with celebration, recognition, and appreciation for the talents and efforts of the students. The event was meticulously organized into two distinct slots, catering to different grade levels. The first slot encompassed students from Grades 1 to 4, while the second slot welcomed participants from Grades 5 to 8. As the ceremony unfolded, the atmosphere was charged with excitement and anticipation. Adding to the significance of the occasion PTA executive members were the guests where their presence not only underscored the importance of parental involvement in education but also emphasized the collaborative effort between the school and parents in nurturing the students' growth and development.

A highlight of the event was the inspiring address delivered by our Principal, Dr Saroja B Shillin. With words of wisdom and encouragement, she emphasized the value of holistic growth and urged parents to actively engage in their child's educational journey. Our students have proved that hard work and dedication ultimately lead to success and there is no short-cut. They are an inspiration for all. Therefore we heartily congratulate all the prize winners.
