Freedom Fighter/INA Captain(Composer of the tune of Jana Gana Mana Ramsingh Thakuri Bust Statue was unveiled on 9/9/2023 by Sri Joysing Durong, MAC, Garampani, North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council, Dima Hasao at Gorkha Kamlanagar Village, Umrongso, Dima Hasao which was initiated by Bharatiya Gorkha Parisangh, Garampani Branch, Dima Hasao(Assam) with assistance from the Public. In the same program many dignatories of Umrongso/Garampani area from various walk of life were felicitated by APPRECIATION LETTER for their contribution in the overall development, peace and communal harmony of the area.
Patriotic Songs and Dance were performed by Students and Children of the area in the sidelines of the unveiling program. Motivational Speech of Patriotism and Nation building were provided by various speakers in the program.
