{ Malaria disease causing mosquito}
mosquito under microscope🦟
Anopheles is a genus of mosquito first described and named by J. W. Meigen in 1818.[2] About 460 species are recognised; while over 100 can transmit human malaria, only 30–40 commonly transmit parasites of the genus Plasmodium, which cause malaria in humans in endemic areas. Anopheles gambiae is one of the best known, because of its predominant role in the transmission of the most dangerous malaria parasite species (to humans) – Plasmodium falciparum.
I had never seen or heard about this beautiful bird.
But, this evening i found it in my lawn. It was just standing, not showing any movements.
Later it flew away🐦
I searched about it🌐 This bird is called 'Bluethroat'. Bcoz of its blue & orange colored feathers on throat. It was a male bird.
(Wikipedia)
It is a migratory insectivorous species breeding in wet birch wood or bushy swamp in Europe and across the Palearctic with a foothold in western Alaska. It nests in tussocks or low in dense bushes. It winters in north Africa and the Indian subcontinent. The reason for the migration of bluethroat birds is that they need a cold climate during the breeding season. However, during winter, this bird migrates to Asia and the Indian sub-continent in search of a warmer habitat range.
Down's syndrome :
Down syndrome or Down's syndrome, also known as trisomy 21, is a genetic disorder caused by the presence of all or part of a third copy of chromosome 21.It is usually associated with physical growth delays, mild to moderate intellectual disability, and characteristic facial features. The average IQ of a young adult with Down syndrome is 50, equivalent to the mental ability of an eight- or nine-year-old child, but this can vary widely.
The parents of the affected individual are usually genetically normal. The probability increases from less than 0.1% in 20-year-old mothers to 3% in those of age 45.The extra chromosome is believed to occur by chance, with no known behavioral activity or environmental factor that changes the probability.Down syndrome can be identified during pregnancy by prenatal screening followed by diagnostic testing or after birth by direct observation and genetic testing.[] Since the introduction of screening, Down syndrome pregnancies are often aborted.
There is no cure for Down syndrome.
Down syndrome is one of the most common chromosome abnormalities in humans. It occurs in about 1 in 1,000 babies born each year.
A karyotype is an individual’s complete set of chromosomes. The term also refers to a laboratory-produced image of a person’s chromosomes isolated from an individual cell and arranged in numerical order. A karyotype may be used to look for abnormalities in chromosome number or structure.
Karyotype. The karyotype is one of each species' characteristics. To make a karyotype, scientists take a picture of the chromosomes from one cell, cut them out, and arrange them using size, banding pattern, and centromere positions as guides. Karyotype describes the amount of chromosome count and morphology of an organism under the light microscope. The derivation and study of karyotypes is part of cytogenetic studies. In normal diploid organisms, autosomal chromosomes are present in two copies. Karyotypes can be used for many purposes, such as studies of chromosomal iterations in prenatal diagnostics or tumor studies. Also, to understand cellular function, taxonomic relationships, and providing information about past evolutionary events. The typical human karyotype contains 22 pairs of autosomal chromosomes and one pair of s*x chromosomes. The most common karyotypes for a female contain two X chromosomes and are denoted for the s*x XX. Males usually have both an X and a Y chromosome, denoted for the s*x XY.
The snow leopard, also known as the ounce, is a felid in the genus Panthera native to the mountain ranges of Central and South Asia. It is listed as Vulnerable on the IUCN Red List because the global population is estimated to number fewer than 10,000 mature individuals and is expected to decline about 10% by 2040.

The brown bear is a large bear species found across Eurasia and North America. In North America, the populations of brown bears are called grizzly bears, while the subspecies that inhabits the Kodiak Islands of Alaska is known as the Kodiak bear.
Speed: Grizzly bear: 56 km/h
Mass: 80 – 600 kg (Adult)
Height: 70 – 150 cm (Adult, At Shoulder)
Lifespan: 20 – 30 years (In the wild)
Scientific name: Ursus arctos
Conservation status: Least Concern (Population stable)
The American black bear (Ursus americanus) is a medium-sized bear endemic to North America. It is the continent's smallest and most widely distributed bear species. American black bears are omnivores, with their diets varying greatly depending on season and location. They typically live in largely forested areas, but will leave forests in search of food, and are sometimes attracted to human communities due to the immediate availability of food. Despite the name, some subspecies can be brown or even blond in coloration.
