A black market is a transaction platform, whether physical or virtual, where goods or services are exchanged illegally. What makes the market "black" can either be the illegal nature of the goods and services themselves, the illegal nature of the transaction or both.
For example, while neither buying nor selling food is illegal, the transaction enters the black market when the good sold is illegal. And while it's perfectly legal to sell hamburgers, when an all-cash restaurant does not remit to the state government the mandatory sales taxes on its transactions, it too has entered the black market.

Anti-corruption investigation force:-
1. Is to protect human rights in general and imparting knowledge about various government effort to minimizing corruption through coordinated of anti-corruption agencies and regulators besides referring the case to the concern agencies, and helping all the state and central police machinery and concerned agencies in inquiry and investigation of the matters relating to corruption.
2. To building public support for anti-corruption efforts . It is a commonly held view that political and bureaucratic corruption public funds embezzlement fraudulent procurement practices and corruption in the enforcement and regulatory institutions and consumer exploitation by private companies contractors plague Indian public life .
3. To fight legally for protection of rights of any citizen against any irregularities found form any private business communities, govt. dept, mafias, organizations or nay groups.
4. To take sou moto action against violation of any right of common masses and building consensus for better cooperation, management and welfare of the people and other living creatures.
5. ACIF works to create awareness and also works for protecting fundamental and basic human rights of all Indian citizens in and around the society within India.
6. ACIF also protect the rights of any Indian citizen form all the private business communities and strictly works for corruption less society.
7. ACIF strictly fights against all the irregularities in day to day in human activities miss management and corruption which are happening in the society.
8. To work for protection of interest and safeguard the fundamental rights of Indian citizen for up keeping democratic values without any discrimination of cast. Creed, s*x against any exploitation.
9. To create awareness among the common people and educating them with mechanism provided in the existing laws for combating corruption in centre and state level for betterment of their living standard by ailing all the facilities as provided by Centre and state administration such as right to education, right to food , right to live, right medical facilities, right to get legal aid, etc.
10. To educate people about impact of corruption which not only stifles growth, it also perpetuates inequalities, deepens poverty, causes human suffering ,dilutes.

Everyone hate corruption but it is not enough,come lets join together and stop the corruption.ACIF is the best platform to learn and fight against corruption.
