I know that transforming your body is NOT easy but the good news is it CAN be done. I believed I could so I did, I worked hard and it paid off 💕 I might be a bit over my goal weight right now but that’s still all good and I’m happy. The main thing is I continue to work on it and I’m never giving up on looking after myself.

Focus on the simple fact that you absolutely CAN do it. The only thing holding you back is your self doubt. I know exactly how you feel, and it's those feelings that prevented me from starting way earlier.
I realized that my body will do anything I set my mind to.
The negative thoughts telling me, "you never should have gained this weight." "How could you have let this happen?" "You're not the same as you were before." Were the very thoughts that held be back for so long.

This is because we’re the "insta" generation, we expect everything now, quick, fast and convenient.
But the truth is that most people don’t know the value of hard work anymore. People want a killer body but don’t want to work for it.
They want a successful career but don’t want to sacrifice for it.
They want a healthy relationship but don’t have time to nourish it.
It takes time. Everything good takes time.
No matter how great the talents or efforts. Some things just take time.
You can’t produce a baby in one month by getting nine women pregnant.
The same way you won’t get a six pack and summer body in two weeks before the beaches open up.
Be patient.
Work hard.
Trust the process.
And never give up.
Fitness is not a straight forward journey.
Here is my 5 year transformation: from when I first begun, to after the pregnancy and to 10 days ago in the Caribbean.
I have been at 33% bodyfat to as low as 7%, I have been weak and strong, and everything in between during these 5 years.
I understand how the body functions, and I know what it takes to build a strong, lean and healthy physique. I also know how difficult it is to recover after child birth, or how terrible it can be being stuck in a body you don’t like. Keep going, you got this.

Sometimes I can’t even believe these are both me. The amount of confidence my recent tummy tuck has given me is unexplainable. gave me the body I always dreamed about, it made every sacrifice worth it. I feel like I was always in a state of wanting to lose weight no matter how small I got. I started to get mild body dysmorphia because of my loose skin.
