Dear Teachers,
I’ve grown up with you, you have often the first person I see in the mornings, and on some days I’ve spent more time with you in your classrooms than with my family in my own home.
My dream is to bring genuine trust and respect to parent-student-teacher relationships, so that teaching and tutoring fosters a human connection that extends deeper than simply the subject material. Because as I’ve realized in the last few years learning is just as much of an emotional process as a mental process if not more.
I know that it hurts at times to give students low grades because we believe in their potential to truly learn, but many times that has been lost in communication. I want to create a system where teachers are free to express that in order to inspire students, and make them look deeper than the letter grade on the surface.
But I can’t do this alone. I need your help. Just as I needed your help to understand academic concepts in your classes, I need your support at a time like this in order to bring a true revolution to the way schools are run.
Happy GuruPurnima to all the great teacher!!
Jenil, our lil Zeeshain, an absolute wonderful video by you. On this World Environment Day,
"Study nature, love nature, stay close to nature. It will never fail you."
In a wake to go digitalise, we have forgotten that our mother nature is vulnerable to technologies that are harming the environment. It is essential to save and rebuild the relationship with our mother nature, as the environment is made up of every living and non-living beings. Thus, every year on June 5, World Environment Day 2021 is celebrated to spread awareness to conserve the environment for a healthy and better future.Let us give our coming generations a healthier and happier environment to have a beautiful life… video by our lil kid @ Drashya
From smearing each other with colours to enjoying a plate ofdelicious gujiyas together, the festival of Holi ushers in a carnivalesque mood among people of all age groups, every year.
Most of us observe Holi every year, but do you know why we actually celebrate it?
An ancient Hindu festival, which later became popular among non-Hindu communities as well, Holi heralds the arrival of spring after winter. It signifies the victory of good over evil and is celebrated as a day of spreading happiness and love. The festival is also celebrated as thanksgiving for good harvest.
According to Bhagvata Purana, King Hiranyakashyup--the king of demonic Asuras, who could neither be killed by a man or an animal grew arrogant and demanded that everybody should worship him as god.
The king's son, Prahlada, disagreed and chose to remain devoted to Vishnu. Hiranyakashyup was infuriated and subjected his son to cruel punishments. Finally, Holika, the king's sister, tricked him into sitting on a pyre with her. While Holika protected herself with a cloak, Prahlada remained exposed. As the fire blazed, the cloak flew from Holika's body and encased Prahlada, thus saving his life.
Later, Vishnu appeared in the avatar of Narsimha, half man and half lion, and killed the king. This is why Holi begins with the Holika bonfire, which marks the end of evil.
Holi Zeeshay Education appeals people to remain safe and fight against evil Corona and internal bitterness.
Dear Parents👨👩👧👦
Stop working for a while, take a minute, and think..
1. When did you last appreciate your child?
2. When did you last play with your child?
3. When did you last hug your child?
4. When did you last sit with your child and ask him/her, what are his/her dreams & goals?
I hope you get most of the answers right in tune.
Our children need to be appreciated. They expect first encouragement from their parents.
Our children need to be loved to make them feel secures and cared. Your gentle hug, a smile and presence will make your child feel safe.
When we play with our children, they don't need any other friend as you are his/her best friend.
Our children need to be talked Not only about how the school went but also what they are dreaming to become. What are their goals in life. Do they need your support to set their goals? Just talk to them.
It's the fresh start of a brand new day.
Surprise your child with the gift of your love, care and support.
Don't forget to educated the heart of a child while you are educating the brain.

We all tend to be over confident once we achieve a little progress and then somehow expects a sudden jump in our way towards progress. It is said it all starts with little steps so focus on your consistency while taking small steps and dont just try to spoil it by taking a long jump.😊
Ten statements children would say to us if they could!!
1. Show me how to do it please, show me how to behave, how to be fair and how to be a good person. I learn by seeing it first hand, I’ll copy you.
2. Please show me how much you love me with time. Spend your time with me. Kiss me, hold my hand, hug me. These things make me feel safe.
3. Be my safety net please. Please have my back, look out for me, be there when I need you and listen to me no matter how much I babble.
4. Talk to me like a adult. Ask me questions, listen to my responses and respond. I know I’m small but I’m quite smart. Don’t just talk at me.
5. Listen to me actively. Don’t look at your phone while we talk, look me in the eyes and let me know that my words matter to you.
6. Love me for who I am. Don’t compare my behaviour or grades to other children. I’m me. I’m trying me best so please just accept me.
7. Let me go outside, get dirty in the mud, breathe fresh air and jump in puddles. All I want is experiences. It helps my brain map emotions.
8. Let me help you around the house. I love pretending to be you. I love using the vacuum and the sweeping brush. It’s really fun for me.
9. Trust me, it means a lot.
10. Let me make mistakes. It’s how I learn.
Drashya you have always proved that its the teacher student connection which works best..With your hardwork and consistency keep going this way. We hold a lot pride in having you as our student.
Yes, today on this day a year before, we laid the foundation of Zeeshay Education. Going back to the journey of our 365 days reminds us as how we started with a thought of coming on road, running all over the city, exploring different areas with limited budget but to make sure all the resources looks fine and worthy. It says a lot of hardwork is required to execute one single plan and yes we realised starting a venture takes lot of sweat😉 out of your body, dealing with multiple emotions and lot more. But all seemed to be worthy, when Zeeshians # stepped in our doors with beautiful smile and enthusiasm. Not to forget it was a year full of challenges and expectations of parents from us and we with our determination, successfully brought a change in each and every Zeeshian studying here. Our kids parents who has been a great support and has always shown trust in us in all the ways. This is just the starting, a long way to go together.
It’s not what you teach that matters, it’s not how big your school is or how fancy your classroom, your qualifications or your grades! It’s your passion, your drive to change the lives of those before you, your intention to give everyone a fair chance at a better future.’ You’ll work hard. Spend days and nights trying new things, preparing experiments and a variety of wild and wonderful lessons. But, you won’t see the fruits of your labour tomorrow or today, but you’ll hear about them somewhere down the line. Approach each lesson well prepared, model examples of what you’d like to see in your students. Talk with passion, pride and with honesty. Put yourself out there, tell them who you are, tell them you’re real. Explain your mistakes, your learnings and your success. And at the end of the day, if you ever want to asses the success of your teaching, just look straight into the eyes of your students, they’ll tell you a lot more than any standardised test ever could!’
#“Children will not remember what you said, they’ll remember how you made them feel.” #
Children are the purest souls on the earth. For every child holds abundance of innocence and purity in them. We celebrate a lot of days but this day, we at # Zeeshay Education feels like the most important day of all, as we believe a child not only learns from us but teaches us the most valuable lessons in our day to day lives like laughing out loud without thinking about anything, controlling our anger in the worst situations, keeping patience, caring selflessly, and what not. Whenever there is a bad day, their steps in class with a smile and energy makes it look like everything is just normal.😊 This children's day let us allow the child to be a child without expecting more, let us respect each child with different capabilities and mindset. Let us help them overcome their fears and help them realise that "We believe in you and you can do it." Wish each child and adult who has forgotten to be a child, A very Happy Children's Day!!
