यह नई कार्यक्षमता किसी विशेष कर-अवधि के लिए GSTR-3B में करदाताओं द्वारा घोषित मूल्यों के आधार पर लागू न्यूनतम ब्याज की गणना करेगी।

सिस्टम द्वारा परिकलित यह ब्याज अगली कर-अवधि के लिए GSTR-3B की तालिका-5.1 में स्वतः दिखाया जाएगा, जैसा कि वर्तमान में लेट फीस के लिए किया जाता है।

अगले GSTR-3B रिटर्न में ऑटो-पॉप्युलेट किए गए सिस्टम द्वारा गणना किए गए ब्याज मूल्यों को शुरू में संपादन योग्य रखा जाएगा।

हालांकि, फाइल किए गए GSTR-3B के सिस्टम द्वारा जेनरेट किए गए PDF में दोनों मान होंगे: सिस्टम परिकलित ब्याज, और उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा भुगतान किया गया ब्याज मान।

This new functionality will compute the minimum interest applicable on the basis of the values declared by the taxpayers in GSTR-3B for a particular tax-period.

This system computed interest will be auto-populated in Table-5.1 of GSTR-3B for the next tax-period, the way it is done for the Late fees at present.

The system computed interest values auto-populated in next GSTR-3B return will be kept editable, initially.

However, the system generated PDF of filed GSTR-3B will contain both values: the System computed interest, and the user paid interest values.
