Lifestyle changes that can better the future
Shravan starts tomorrow. Do not eat wrong food to keep yourself full. Follow the given diet to loose some more weight and to stay away from hunger. Do not punish yourself by keeping yourself hungry.
1.Morning after waking- warm water,Then have tea without sugar
2.Breakfast:- banana smoothie/ cheeku shake/ fruit bowl/ boiled potato with curd and sendha namak.( take any one)
3. Mid-morning- 4 almonds soaked and 1 walnut/ or a handful of peanuts
4. Lunch- Moriyo khichdi/ 2 kutu or singhada ata roti and alu ki sabji and chaas or curd
5. 2 hours After- lunch- -a glass of nimbu pani without sugar/ coconut water.
6. Evening- tea with one small bowl of roasted makhana
7. Dinner:- any shake with sugarfree/makhana kheer with sugar free/You may take some salted makhana also,with tea or coffee.
Note:- No sabudana to be taken. Avoid fruits after 5p.m. No heavy eating after 2p.m. Women suffering from PCOD and PCOS avoid all dairy products.
