There are several layers to self love. There are phases of self-loathing, there are days you twirl looking in the mirror feeling that main character energy, there are days you feel confident about work but miserable about how you look.
And self-love? It’s in all these things. It’s like being in a relationship with yourself. The bad days don’t mean there’s not love, it just means in that moment love has taken a back seat and it is patiently waiting for you to feel how you feel and when you need it, it’ll be right there at your rescue.

We are used to putting people in boxes of ‘introvert’, ‘extrovert’ or ‘ambivert’; in turn limiting the possibilities of how a person can or cannot act.
As humans we are all similar yet very different from each other.
An extreme extrovert could feel quiet or want to remain quiet on certain days. That in no way signifies he/she is sad.
The same would be applicable to an introvert.
The beauty of human brain exists in the versatility of human behaviours.
Let live. Accept more. Love more.

NASA recently published this image of our universe that was captured with a highly proficient telescope.
I have stared at it for days and the only thing I can think of is that if this can be real, then why do we stop believing in magic. I have recently realised that the universe lies first, inside you and then outside you.
You need to look inside you. You need to sit with your emotions. You need to admit to your mistakes. You need to admit why you make those mistakes. And self love is what will come after you’ve done all of that.
The thing about loving yourself or your life is that you can never do it till you’ve looked inside yourself.
LOOK INSIDE. Find this universe inside.
