We are happy to announce *RAAHAT*.
An online group for working through grief, together.
A natural response of dealing with loss, grief is a process wherein we discover a renewed way of life. We never really lose the ones we love, they become a part of us in many ways, working through our grief helps us as we forge our way ahead.
These 8 weekly sessions are structured to understand grief, work with it and discover a new renewed self. Just like our loved ones would like us to be.

Love gives us the strength to go on, find new meaning, new beginnings while the old become a part of us.
Our behaviour reflects our thoughts.
Our outer world of often a reflection of our inner perceptions.
After two successful meets and happy faces, we invite you to join our third meet.
A place to simply allow yourself to be & unwind.
We can choose to do what we think is right.... with a smile 🙂
Here's a reminder to ourselves to create our own safe spaces. To surround ourselves with people who right for us, who help us grow and nurture us.
