1. Do Surya namaskar daily morning.
2. Try to wake up early.
3. Eat home-cooked foods.involve your family in cooking.
4.Sleep on time.
5. Eat 1amla daily.
6.Drink 3 litre water per day.
7. Drink Turmeric milk,dry ginger powder with milk at bed time.
8.Eat small (in numbers and quantity)and frequent meals.
9.Spend quality time with your children.

Guidelines for living healthy and happy life:
1) Take 7 to 8 hrs sound sleep.
2)Drink water 3 to 4 litre including healthy drinks like coconut water, lemon water, sugarcane juice, buttermilk,bel sarbat etc.
3)Try to move out after every 1/2hr of sitting .
4) Avoid packaged and ready to eat food products, coloured packaged cereals.
5) Try to wakeup early in morning.
6)Use clay pots, stainless steel,iron utensils .
7)Do excercise or any physical activity around 25 to 30 min daily.
8)Eat home-cooked food.
