The treatment process rejuvenated the neuro system by prescribing herbs in a way that side-effects of any active ingredient were neutralised and the optic nerve damage was fixed

He also pledged his support to take the practice of Ayurveda to Kenya

Superfoods have been gaining popularity over time. From being popular on social media to being available everywhere in the market, they are the new ‘talk of the town’. But are they really worth the hype?🤔 Quinoa is one such superfood! But there are many forgotten foods that lie ignored in our kitchens. Dalia is one of them!☹️

So we compared 'Quinoa- the superfood' with Dalia and found👇🏻

100 grams of Quinoa gives 5.9 grams of fiber, whereas by having the same amount of Dalia, you will be consuming 13.86 grams of fiber! This is more than twice the amount!🤩

Moreover, the amount of fat present in Dalia is much less compared to that of Quinoa.😎

ISN’T QUINOA A BETTER SOURCE OF PROTEIN?🤔

Well, it is a pretty good source of protein. But, do you know by how much amount quinoa is a better source of protein than dalia? Just 0.5 grams!🥸

AND WHAT ABOUT CARBS?🙄
Again, the same story repeats. By an insignificant amount of 2.2 grams, dalia has more carbs than quinoa. Majority of the carbs in dalia comprise fiber, which is healthy in every sense.🤭

On one side there is our staple- Dalia which you get for just Rs 40/kg.🤩 On the other hand, you have Quinoa at Rs 500/kg!😱 Hence, if we think practically, Dalia is a much affordable🤑 and easily-available alternative to Quinoa. So, the next time you see your mom/dadi making dalia for breakfast, don’t eww at them and have some of it!😇

BOTTOMLINE-
Quinoa is a good alternative to gluten-containing grains and is full of micronutrients like iron and magnesium. We are not saying it is ineffective. But, instead of looking westward, we need to trust the magic of our native foods.😇

How diseases are born...
-Silence your tears
-Swallow "the bitter pill"
-Shut your mouth!
-Silence your heart
But the body speaks, oh does it speak!
It speaks through the fingers, tapping on the table surface!
It speaks through restless feet in bed!
It speaks through a nasty headache
It speaks through gastritis, reflux, and anxiety
It speaks through a knot on your throat
It speaks through anguish and a wrinkle on the forehead.
It speaks through insomnia or too much sleeping.
You might silence your voice, but the inner dialogue begins!
People get ill because they harbor and keep undigested issues in their hearts...
Expression soothes the soul!
Pain isn't meant to be lived forever!
Pain is a comma!
So write a letter, a poem, a book! Sing a song.
Pick up your shoes and tap dance!
Make a joke, create a text, paint a canvas, meet with your friends, even if it has to be virtual...
Jog in the park.
Speak with your therapist, converse with God... Be an Artist!
Talk to yourself, to your puppy, scream to the Heavens, but don't be silenced!!! Because if you swallow everything that you feel, you will end up drowning!
THE HEART IS NOT A WAREHOUSE! ❤

Yog is a kriya of both body and mind. Its a travel from our concious mind to a subconscious one. From being unawakened to awakened. Its regular practice cleanses Atma, Indriya and Man (आत्मा, इंद्रिय, मन) helping us to achieve a healthy life.
Ayurved places an utmost importance in practicing yog and yogasanas as a daily part of regime, after which it can not only get rid of many ailments, but also help in their prevention and prophylaxis.
