We are excited to share the remarkable success of our recent Family Planning Awareness Camp, organized by LMC in Deepnagar, Mirzapur. This event served as a platform to ignite awareness and underscore the significance of making informed decisions, especially in the context of family planning. To achieve this, we employed a powerful message-based play, conducted an informative session, and showcased product demonstrations led by our proficient Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) Expert.

Our primary goal was to empower our audience with knowledge of various contraception methods and to raise awareness regarding the symptoms of PCOS. With an attentive audience of 300+ participants, we wholeheartedly dedicated ourselves to disseminating awareness, sharing valuable insights, and fostering a sense of unity. In this important journey, where our top priorities are nurturing families and building a stronger future, we extend our gratitude for your support. Yesterday marked the inauguration of our latest 1Care Centre in Hallia, Mirzapur. This advanced primary facility is dedicated to serving the surrounding communities by providing accessible and top-notch , pharmacies, and diagnostic services.

With the establishment of this new center, our commitment to narrowing the healthcare disparity has grown even more robust. Each step we take brings us closer to our mission and vision.

Silent killers such as diabetes, blood pressure, hypertension, and anaemia pose significant threats to human health. These diseases often lack obvious symptoms but can have fatal consequences. Last Mile Care (LMC) addresses this issue by conducting regular camps and door-to-door checkups within communities and offering affordable healthcare services. By creating a healthcare ecosystem, LMC ensures that every individual in the community can easily access healthcare and promptly detect these diseases at an early stage. LMC not only facilitates early detection but also guides and provides patients with the necessary treatments. In areas where access to quality healthcare is limited, LMC plays a crucial role in bridging the gap and serving as a vital healthcare provider, safeguarding the well-being of individuals who would otherwise be deprived of such care.

Celebrating 75th Independence day fills our heart with a sense of joy and pride. India in 1947 and India in 2022 have a stark difference and it has definitely come a long way in spheres of economy, education, space, technology and healthcare.

Our most noteworthy achievement in the Public health arena has been improvement in life expectancy, decline in child and maternal mortality rate, control of communicable diseases and implementation of various policies like National Health Mission and National Rural Health Mission.

However, India at 75 still has a shortfall of 46410 Sub centres, 9231 PHCs and 3002 CHCs across the country. Unequal distribution of health care services, shortage of efficient and trained manpower, low pe*******on of health insurance, high out of pocket expenses and poor management are still the pressing issues of Indian health care system. COVID though exposed various fault lines further, but also pushed the peddle to get accelerated health infrastructure, resources and response systems in a short period. Tele consultation, digital health record systems and realising universal health coverage reasserted the country’s commitments.

At 75, India needs further innovations to provide reliable, standardized and affordable healthcare.
