AAAR Masalas® is shipping all over the India currently. Shipping Fee: Our Flat shipping charges is Rs. 35/- per order up to 1kg, on all the COD orders below Rs 49/- and Rs 499/- on all the prepaid orders below Rs 499/-

Shipping Duration: All ordered products are shipped out within the one working day. Please note that all the products in your order under one transaction will be shipped together as one shipment. For situations and circumstances that are beyond our control, there may be a delay in delivering and shipping your products within the aforementioned duration. Our food products are non-returnable. Though, we request our customers to contact us only if you have some issues regarding the product. Refunds

We do refunds as a special case after we get enough evidence of any of the faults from our side. Moreover, refund of money will be done the way payments were made. In case the payment was made by Net Banking or Credit Card, we will do refund to your Net-Banking or Credit Card account. Generally, refunds are made in about 10-15 business days via our Payment Gateway partners. Also, you will be entitled for refund for that item only in your invoice. Orders that are placed using the Coupon Codes/Discount Codes are not eligible for the cancellation or refunds. Cancellations
