On 3rd of October some of us being Kolkata based will be visiting the NGO 'Mother's nest' near Gauribari.

Buckle up for another chance to showcase your talent during this lockdown! Reeltors presents the photography event - "IN A Flash". Embrace your inner artist and capture your aesthetics!

Submissions of the event will begin from 19th of July till the 25th. Interested students are requested to abide by the following themes in their photography:
- portrait
- travel
- nature
- indoor

The results will be declared on the page itself on 1st of August. The awards and judgements of the photos will be based on the following criteria:

- There will be two categories of rewards for each theme, and hence eight in total.

- And in between eight only two gets the surprise gift (one who gets most likes and comments on our page) and (other who gets maximum points by our judges)
- And rest of the winners gets their winning certificate on each category and each choice ( public choice and judges choice)
- The public choice award will be given to the photo which receives the most number of likes/reacts on Facebook, in each theme. The photos will be made public for the audience to like on 26th to 29th July, after which the results will be declared.

- The Admin's choice award will be based on the judgement of the eminent judges, again, for each theme.

- The photos should have a suitable caption which will also be taken into consideration.

No payment needed! Submit your best works by 25th of July! E-certificates will be provided to all the participants.

গত তিনদিন ধরে অনেক কথা দেখলাম, পড়লাম, বুঝলাম। একটা জিনিস দেখে অবাক হচ্ছি, যাদেরকে আমি আমার পেজ এর প্রমোশনের জন্য invitation লিঙ্ক পাঠিয়ে পাঠিয়ে আলা হয়ে গেছিলাম অথচ তারা খুলেও দেখেনি, সেই তারাই আবার আর্টিস্টদের সাপোর্ট করার কথা ফলাও করে লিখে যাচ্ছে, শেয়ার করে যাচ্ছে। অদ্ভুত রং বদলানো পাবলিক।
আগে নিজের আশেপাশের স্বপ্ন দেখা শিল্পীদের পাশে দাড়াতে শিখুন। একটু খোঁজখবর নিলে দেখতে পাবেন ওদের জীবনের রাস্তাটা কিন্তু খুব সুখের নয়! আর মধ্যবিত্ত হলে তো কথাই নেই, একদিকে পরিবারের লোকের "বাবা, আগে পড়াশুনো, তারপর যা ইচ্ছা করো। আগে একটা চাকরি করো তারপর আর্ট নিয়ে কাজ করো...", আর একদিকে "আমি পারবো তো?..."। আর এই যুগে ডিজিটাল প্লাটফর্ম ছাড়া উঠতি শিল্পীদের আর কোনো জায়গা নেই, এটা তো মানবেন নাকি? আপনাদের একটু পাশে দাড়ানো টা ওদের কাছে আশীর্বাদ স্বরূপ, এটা কোনোদিন ভেবেছেন? কিছুই তো নয়, একটা পেজের invitation accept করতে, বা তাদের কষ্টে বানানো কোনো পোস্ট শেয়ার করতে কতক্ষন লাগে?
তাই কেউ যদি তার কষ্টে বানানো কোনো কিছু আপনাকে শেয়ার করতে বলে, দয়া করে ফেলে রাখবেন না। একটু দুটো মিনিট খরচ করে একটা লাইক দিয়ে শেয়ার টা না হয় করেই দিলেন! 🙂
