Morning walk as usual for around 4 kms after our work out with the online team. Exercise and walk keeps us fit, energetic the whole day.
Walk is always good in the early morning hours as we get to breath fresh air enjoying the auroma of plants and trees.

MY HEALTH TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY

I am Padma Somashekar by Profession a Lawyer and by Passion a women Entrepreneur.

The reason I am sharing my health journey is because of health issues that I had for the past few years.

What was my health issue ?
The usual women health challenges like period issues, menopause .

At 49 these challenges are quite common and are what lead to many complex health issues.
last year June 2020, when I consulted my doctor , did all the tests, the reports came
normal with minimum changes in uterus which is normal to my age, but the problem remained as is . Along with it started wheezing and breathlessness because of prolong use age of mask.

Due to severe medication , I started gaining weight month on month with no proper solution to my Health issues .

It was at one of the wellness webinars on Menstrual Hygiene Day 28th May 2021 done by Mrs. Lakshmi Sridhar Nutrition Trainer was an eye-opening training for me.
From this day on after knowing the reason I started using All Plant Protein
Supplement and I found magical solution for my menstrual problem.
At the same time for my wheezing and breathlessness, I consulted Mrs. Shalini Vinay a certified Nutritionist. she changed my lifestyle and diet and recommended few important nutrients needed for me. Today I’m free from all medications and exactly know what to do during seasonal changes.
As my confidence rose, I started my healthy weight loss transformation journey.
I understood that before starting our weight loss journey, mindset is very important as we have to change our lifestyle, diet, determination to do and above all commitment is the important aspect.
I started my weight loss journey on June 25th 2021
My wellness coach Mrs. Shalini Vinay gave Holistic solutions based on body composition Analysis and my lifestyle conditions .
I was 85.5 kgs on 25th June 2021, and now 74.5kgs as on today 25th Dec 2021 totally I have reduced 14 kgs .
I was then connected to Dr Sapna, an Ayurveda Doctor and a Nutritionist who guided me with great solution and detoxification. .
