✨Shoyu/ Soy Sauce: Made by fermenting soybeans, wheat and salt
✨Tempeh: A nutty cake of fermented whole soybeans loaded with umami
✨Tamari: Sauce made using the liquid formed during the manufacturing of miso paste
✨Sufu: Fermented tofu
✨Douchi: Fermented and salted black soybeans

Whether you're a vegetarian or a vegan or someone looking to eat more protein, this Peri Peri Tempeh Wraps Recipe is perfect for everyone.

Incredibly Easy and Quick recipe and it turns out so good. Don't miss the special Dip recipe towards the end.

✨Peri Peri Tempeh Wraps✨

👉Ingredients:
For filling:
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Salt as per taste

Yogurt dip:
1/2 cup curd
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp pepper
Salt as per taste

For assembling:
4 whole wheat wraps
Lettuce leaves
Onion slices
Chaat masala

👉Method :
1. In a pan, heat some oil, add ginger garlic paste and sauté veggies.
Add in the peri peri tempeh and mix well. Add some salt if required.

2. For yogurt dip,
Mix all the ingredients well.

3. For assembling
Take a wrap, place some lettuce in the centre of the wrap, add prepared tempeh filling, onion slices and sprinkle some chat masala. Fold and serve with the Dip immediately!
