Case of the day!!
Patient came with severe pain in upper right back teeth region. IOPA shows caries were involving pulp.
Did RCT followed by zirconium crown.

What happens when you have a missing tooth and you don’t get it replaced on time.
Your teeth naturally try to close the space and so your teeth get disturbed from their alignment.
The tooth above the missing tooth also tries to come down which is called a “supra eruption “ and so the upper tooth also starts to feel sensitive.
The more you delay the worse it gets, the more money it takes to correct all of it.
Always try to save the tooth if not atleast go for immediate replacement so that these problems will not come in later stages.
