Formula 1 & Me - Part 3
Cosworth
has been in the business of core precision engineering and technology. One of the early leaders and veterans in the Engine - Powertrain tech in the world.
At the time they were providing powertrains to 3 formula1 Teams. Also Cosworth powertrain was the reason the Williams f1 team kept on winning world championships when they were reigning the sport.
I was responsible for many breakthrough projects for Cosworth during the period I worked there and also grateful for getting that opportunity to explore my abilities and excel In almost every field of managing a tech company portfolio like product development, manufacturing, logistics, marketing, sales & distribution, finances etc
This was my first and last job as I started AutoLounge as soon as quit from Cosworth.

This picture in the frame is one of all those victories I worked for and achieved against all odds when no one believed it could be done …..but I have always believed in my dreams and goals n given it all to make them true.
People laughed when I first started talking about this and then I created history Nationally and for generations of upcoming engineers whom people will now believe when they pitch their idea’s.
Myself and a friend (Kiran) we worked day and night for months on the concept, design, build, fund, marketing, logistics, race and every damn thing to be there and WIN.
This is one of the milestones influenced by and gave me a hands on experience of motorsports ecosystem in a mini format as it was

As the 2022 season is all set to being this race weekend, I felt like sharing my story of romance with the sport and how it has influenced my journey.
2021 was one of the most dramatic seasons ever, It got more and more interesting and made people take stand on their values, ethics and principles.
It showed us how & why legends are called legends in any sport.
won their 8th Constructors championship
was awarded the Knighthood
won his first world championship
fell short to his 8th world championship by 8 points.
Its also the year released a movie on life and career of one of the legends
Also aired the season 4 of this month.
While most of my cricket fan friends have been questioning my obsession of over any other sport.
I have been fascinated by formula1 since childhood and perhaps the only telecast on television that used to upset me for missing it due to the international timings.
Sharing how formula1 is beyond just a sport through a series of posts.

Its been amazing to know each one of them personally and understand their story in terms of their work, life, passions and their talents. The have overcome the fear of judgement and slaying on Social Media with their personal talents…. Something I personally admire about these individuals.
I was glad to take them through the “AutoLounge Experience” while I shared and more about my business with them and how at AutoLounge we are more concerned about the whole experience and transparency rather than just selling the brands we promote.
