Kids require 1.75 gm per kg protein everyday during their growth years.

As a mother I should keep an eye on my daughter's meal because, these years very crucial for growth, development and habit formation as our kids are the future adults.

This is my daughter's dinner plate, containing carbs(roti), protein (fish & protein shake), vitamin & minerals(veggies & mango) and good fat(fish).

Let's build a healthy eating habit for our future generation. co
