Heard people saying that if you keep your head down and keep up the hustle, there’s nothing stopping you from you from achieving your goals. Tried doing exactly that and folks it works!

In all honesty I got a little disconnected with the aimless things I used to waste my time on, like binge watching a season of the new show on the Netflix but really it dint get me anywhere before and nowhere near my goals now.

Time management comes out to be a major component of your training and staying true to yourself is just as important

2. Drink an extra glass of water

Will eating food after 7 in evening make you gain weight??
Let’s see
Morning : 50 gm rice gives 174 kcals
Evening : 50 gm rice gives 174 kcals

Morning : 50 gm dal gives 152 kcal
Evening: 50 gm dal gives 152 kcal

Doesn’t matter morning/ evening it would give same cals

Then Why are you gaining weight ??

It is not eating food post 7 pm making you gain weight but eating in calorie SURPLUS ( means eating above your maintenance calories) is responsibe

So eat whenever you want to
Thus to loose weight you don’t have to loose your mind
Eat in calorie deficit and keep moving.

At 64 years of age, Dr Uma Sharma started weight training. She only regrets not starting it sooner.
But I don’t blame her, basic knowledge about fitness and weight training wasn’t as common in her day.
What I’m glad about is that she is setting new standards for herself everyday and also an inspiration for the new kids on the block.

Dr. Uma goes to prove the popular saying ‘Age is just a number’ everyday.

Coming to an important point here- it doesn’t matter where you start, start at 1kg today. What matters is that you make your health a priority and start.

Ms. A joined Team PSF two months before her wedding.
The weight loss program is 12 weeks and I was not happy about the deadline but Ms. A convinced me she will follow the diet religiously and make it happen.
And look, she did!

Eating in calorie deficit . Adding adequate Protein to your diet . Including strength training to your routine . Keeping yourself hydrated . Staying active throughout the day . Where’s the lie 🤷🏻🤷🏻🤷🏻
Very often we tell ourselves ‘I’ll plan a workout’ or ‘I need a dirt plan to start.
Well, that’s important too, but if even of you don’t have a detailed plan chalked out, just going for a run or completing 10k steps in your work breaks works.
Don’t underestimate the power of small steps. Small ones every day go a long way! 💪🏼

At 60 years, Renu ji has been an inspiration to everyone around her when it comes to taking an initiative for your health and following through. She’s been taking care of her family and alot of other things around but never failed to pay equal attention to her diet and workouts- REGULAR checkins, FOLLOW UPS, and CONSISTENCY when it came to following the program- is what got her here!

Life has always been kind enough to me right from childhood to being a mom now. I have grown up seeing my mumma taking care of us, household and managing her job as if it’s a cake walk for her. (Mum’s just have this superpower, right?) 💛
From her I learnt how important it is to manage all that at once (and more), everyday, every week, every year, all the time, because as a women we are born with the blessing of being a multitasker. We all have our share of ups and down but then that’s a part of life ... correct me if I’m wrong.

My role doesn’t end here. It’s not easy to be married to an Olive Green. We, Army wives come with an additional obligation of taking care of our organisation, our jawans and their families, hosting various gatherings to holding educational seminars and what not (I can go on and on), then shifting places every two years, getting adapted to new location, new environment and making a home out of a house...

Why am telling you all this? It’s is because this is from where I gather the strength...meeting new people, learning their culture and accepting whatever is coming our way... embracing new traditions.

A mom never gets a break from her duty as the manager of her little monsters 😬 (am I right?) but then what about our own selves??
Fitting into the plethora of these roles we forget to take out time for our us.
And then with due course of time our health takes a back seat... so it is very important to take out time for your own health because time toh kisi ke paas nahi hai but if we want it, we make it :)
And if it is a little push you need, I’m right here for you 💁🏻‍♀️

Meet Sukanya Ahlawat Sukanya Ruhil Ahlawat, the first one to join PSF Tribe, a mother, a daughter and an Army wife...The one with an ardent zeal to learn and improve.

Sukanya’s dedication is impeccable, ask her to do anything she will never make an excuse... I don’t even remember if she ever ate outside her macros or skipped her workout despite of her endometriosis, she trusted me wen I was just starting and gave her 12 weeks to me without any doubt and here we are just by being consistent, training at home and by trusting her coach she nailed it all and not just the fat loss but her lipid profile has also improved.
