The new batch has started catching up to Nirvana. When breathing, music and exercise starts syncing, you start loving the experience. It awakens you up in a different kind of way.

In the Month of November I did a total of 3000 plus squats.
100 squats a day on an average.
Squats are one of the most effective strength-training exercises around. They help in strengthening your leg and glutes muscles. It helps to improve your flexibility. You can do them as a part of your regular exercise routine.
Caution: If you’re not working out already, talk to your doctor before you get started. They can let you know if squats are safe for you to do. You might also want to think about working with a professional strength trainer.
Additional info: You can take your hips lower than what's shown in the picture. Thighs parallel to the floor is the posture.
PS: If you are beginner please do not attempt 100 squats a day.
Bridge Pose or the Sethubandhanaasana

Hip Bridge is included in lot of Nirvana exercises and it's a regular in my YinYoga class( right now holding it for 1 min plus)

Yoga Love...Me and my Magic
He loves coming and sitting on the mat while I do Nirvana and Yoga. Moving under me as I go up in Bhujang Asana or Sethu Bandhan. Lying beside me as I do Supine poses.
Sometimes even being naughty , scratching my mat,my feet or sleeping off giving me no place to extend my leg:))) Not to forget the running around he does on hearing the Theta music.
Whichever way...he adds Magic to my sessions

🥣Rasam- Helps in digestion
🍲Dal palak - For the proteins
🥒Cabbage and cucumber- For the fibre.
🥥Oil used is Coconut oil. One Tbsp each for Rasam,Dal and Cabbage.
Fills your tummy...Satifies the heart❤
And thats enough...keep focusing on the breathe. The here and now. Without stressing about what you need to do, what you should do..what you are expected to do etc.
