Joint Director of Textiles along with ADT, and his team and prosperous entrepreneur Shri Bijay Kumar Meher visited Ekatali village in Jharsuguda town. The officials interacted with the weavers on implementation of ongoing state plan schemes.
The officials then visited Sambalpur DCCB Bank, Jharsuguda for sanction of loan to the weavers under scheme. After discussion, 6 weavers of Ekatali village have been sanctioned and disbursed a loan of Rs 1 lakh each.
