☘️Day 1: Power Yoga – A Power yoga flow for strength training.

☘️Power yoga enhances stamina, flexibility, posture, and mental focus. Like all physical activities, it also relieves tension2 and releases toxins through sweat. Because it is rigorous, it burns more calories than most traditional forms of yoga and therefore can help with weight loss.

👉Below are some variations.
🔥One legged downward dog to knee crunch
🔥High lunge to one legged high plank with knee movement
🔥Warrior II to extended legs

➡Try 5 to 10 reps of each variation as per your capacity on each side. Try doing it in flow and experience good sweat 😄. This is all level movements. Beginner may start with 5reps and increase gradually.

Who takes this challenge? Fantastic yoga workout to get your heart rate 🆙 and fire 🔥 up the core and lower body. Excited to see you try and tag 🏷 me.

➡The workout format:
🔥Bird dog- 30 sec hold + 30 sec crunches on each side
🔥Knee to chest movement in One legged downward dog - 30 sec on each side
🔥High plank to Malasana jumps- 30 sec
🔥 Malasana get ups- 30 sec

➡Try 3 rounds with each workout. This is an intermediate level movements. Beginners may add modifications (stay tuned for the same 😉)
