I wanted to share my recent experience with Flipkart regarding my purchase of a Marq refrigerator. Unfortunately, I received a defective product, and it's been quite challenging to get it resolved.
I understand that issues can occur, but I expected a smoother resolution process as per their return policy. As a loyal customer, it's disheartening to encounter such difficulties.
I've reached out to Flipkart's customer service, but the response has been slow, leaving me feeling frustrated. I hope they can address this matter promptly and uphold their commitment to customer satisfaction.
