Poonam Dalwadi becomes the 2nd runner-up of Mrs. Maharashtra

(Mumbai) Poonam Dalwadi, 31 yrs young, university topper in E &C engineering and makeup entrepreneur from Panvel and takes care of her one child, became the 2nd runner-up of Mrs.Maharashtra and bagged the title of Mrs. Glamorous. She loves singing and dancing. Her motto in life is to empower and make young women financially independent. She does so by training them with skills of makeup and that makes them the driver of their own journey. The prestigious and famous beauty pageant Diadem Miss and Mrs. Maharashtra 2022 conducted recently at St. Andrews Auditorium, Mumbai. Actress Sonali Kulkarni, who has made her mark in Marathi and Hindi films, served as the jury for the competition. When Poonam Dalwadi won the competition, her family and friends rejoiced. After winning the runner-up position in this beauty pageant, she was showered with well-wishes, especially her husband Arpit Dalwadi who showered her with flowers and burst crackers . Her mother-in-law Bhavna Dalwadi and well-wishers Roop Lakhani and Bhaven Lakhani expressed happiness for similar success in future.

Poonam Dalwadi expressed her happiness for winning the runner-up position in the pageant and said "My journey in this beauty pageant has been great. The credit for winning this pageant goes to my family and friends. If I can give anything to the society. I will definitely do so through campaigns we will distribute sanitary pads and create awareness about "Masik Satya" menstrual hygiene for underprivileged girls. Amisha Chaudhary of Diadem has given me a lot of confidence and I am also thankful to my coach. In future my dream is to represent India, Internationally."

( नवी मुंबई ) महिलांना सशक्त बनवणे आणि आर्थिक दृष्ट्या स्वतंत्र्य बनवणे हे उद्दिष्ट घेऊन काम करणाऱ्या. तसेच ई अँन्ड सी अभियांत्रिकी युनिव्हर्सिटी मध्ये टॉपर राहिलेल्या आणि आपली मेकअप उद्योजिका म्हणून ओळख निर्माण करून कार्यरत असणाऱ्या. पनवेलच्या गृहणी पुनम दलवाडी हिने मिसेस महाराष्ट्राची उपविजेती होत मिसेस ग्लॅमरस हा किताब जिंकला. डायडम मिस अँड मिसेस महाराष्ट्र २०२२ ही मानाची व नामांकित सौंदर्य स्पर्धा नुकतीच मुंबईच्या सेंट अँड्रू सभागृहात संपन्न झाली.  या स्पर्धेला ज्युरी  म्हणून मराठी व हिंदी चित्रपटात आपल्या अभिनयाचा ठसा उमटविणाऱ्या अभिनेत्री सोनाली कुलकर्णी यांनी कामगिरी बजावली. पुनम दलवाडी हिने ही स्पर्धा जिंकल्यावर त्यांच्या कुटुंबियांना व मित्रमंडळींना खूप आनंद झाला. या सौदंर्य स्पर्धेचे उपविजेतेपद जिंकल्यावर त्यांच्यावर शुभेच्छांचा वर्षाव झाला विशेष म्हणजे त्यांचे पती अर्पित दलवाडी यांनी पुष्पगुच्छ देऊन व फटाक्यांची आतिषबाजी करत आपल्या आनंद व्यक्त केला. त्यांना भविष्यात असेच यश प्राप्त करावे अशा प्रकारच्या शुभेच्छा त्यांच्या सासू भावना दलवाडी व शुभचिंतक रूप लखानी व भावेन लखानी यांनी आनंद व्यक्त करत दिल्यात.
पुनम दलवाडी हिने या स्पर्धेचे उपविजेते पद जिंकल्याने समाधान व्यक्त केले व सांगितले कि " या सौंदर्य स्पर्धेत माझा प्रवासा खूपच उत्तम होता.  या स्पर्धेत जिंकण्याचे श्रेय माझ्या कुटुंबियाला व मित्रमंडळींना जाते. भविष्य या माध्यमातून समाजाला काही देता आले तर मी नक्कीच देणार आहे. "मासिक सत्य" या अभियाना मार्फत  सॅनेटरी पॅड वाटप व याबाबतची जनजागृती आम्ही करणार आहोत.  डायडमच्या अमिषा चौधरी यांनी माझा खूप आत्मविश्वास वाढविला त्याचबरोबर आमचे प्रशिक्षक यांचे  मी आभार मानते. भविष्यात माझे राष्ट्रीय आंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तरावर भारताचे प्रतिनिधित्व करायचे स्वप्न आहे. "
