We have a newcomer on our menu- Mughlai Chicken! Pair it with your favourite white rice or (hint hint) with our Peas Pulao for the perfect meal. 😋

He's been a part of the Meals.at.38 household since he was a little ten year old boy. It's been 33 years and here he is, still our chop expert, still our busy all rounder. There is nothing his nimble hands can't do. We look forward to the many many years Dinesh continues to work with us. 🌻

We celebrate this Bihu with a bowlful of Wak (Pork) Kappa, which we're also adding as the newest item to our menu.

A recipe from the villages of Assam, the Gaonoliya Siken Kary (Assamese-style Chicken Curry), is all about comfort and warmth, and all things uncomplicated.

We've been meaning to add this to the menu for a while, but an enquiry by for a simple chicken curry is what nudged us towards finally doing it! 😊

We hope it brings you all the fuzzy feelings it brings us.🌻

It's been a year since we opened our kitchen to you, and we couldn't be more grateful for your love, encouragement, support, and yes, your orders.🥰 

We celebrate today by adding a new pork dish to the menu- Pork with Elephant Apple(0-Tenga) and Bhoot Jolokia (Ghost Chilli). This dish will be priced at 450/- per plate, and it's availability will depand on the availability of the whimsical O-Tenga.
