Let’s talk about something you’ll never learn in college…

There’s something called “Opportunity cost” which you’ll learn in college..
-
Let me give you the best example you can relate with…
-
So did you know flipkart wasn’t just started by bansals?
-
There was a third person i’m not recalling his name but he was supposed to go home and tell their parents that he’s quitting his job to start a startup
-
He went to home and told his parents…
-
His parents didn’t allow him to quit his job, so he left the idea of working on Flipkart when it was in intial stage
-
If we would had quit his job and continued with Flipkart…
-
He’d be worth over a billion dollars today!
-
We’re all scared! But there’s something called “Regret”
-
It will kill you inside out.
-
If he had quit his job and continued with Flipkart and suppose Flipkart would have failed.
-
So what? Maybe a year or two would have been wasted. Then eventually he would have gotten a job and moved forward with his life.
-
But today… that guy will tell the story of Flipkart to everyone he meets.
-
And each time “Regret” will kill him…
-
There’s a very simple rule i live by and i think you should too…
-
Imagine yourself at 80-90 years old when you’re done with your life
-
And write down all the things by that time you’d have done, more like a bucket list.
-
And do everything in it, and before making any decisions just ask what would that 90 year old do?
-
There’s a part of our brain called “croc brain” which is designed to survive and it will try to resist anything which involves risk!!!
-
So Remember: hardest decisions are always the right one!!!
