Referred case in which the previous dentist couldn't negotiate all canals. On clinical examination, there was improper & over-extension of the access cavity. Using normal ultrasonic scaler tips 4 canals were negotiated.MB & ML canals were in close approximation to each other. BMP was done up to 25.04 & RCT was completed in a single visit.
