Vipra Arts, Commerce & Physical Education College was establish in 1996 in Raipur by the Youth Commission of Chhattisgarh and inspired by Education Minister Mr. Ravishankar Shukla University. So, the Syllabus, Education and Examination is held by following the rules of the University.The College was inaugurated on 25th august 1996 by the spiritual touch of M.P. Shri Manohar Lal Pandey from Janjgir
, M.L.A. Dr. Kanhya Lal Sharma from Kasdol, Mayor shri Balbir Juneja and Vice Chancellor of Pt. Ravi Shankar Shukla University Dr. N.K. Goraha.At the early stage, The college has shown its skill by organizing the competition of the university for the development of the Youth. In the very First Year the students had increased the fame of the college by representing the competition in university level.From the year 1997 to 1998 the students of our college had represented the university in national level. And our college had successfully organized the all India interuniversity weight Lifting , Power Lifting and Physical Fitness competition on behalf of Pt. Ravishankar shukla university and had made an important remark in the history of the university which was held between 21st to 25th december 1998.M.L.A. shri brijmohan Agrawal had donated Two lakhs Rupees from M.L.A. fund on 28 may 1997 for the development of the college And Mayor shri balbir juneja had played a great role for the arrangement of other instruments.Finally, Chhattisgarh youth commission had completed the construction of the college building on the first floor of R.D.Tiwari school business apartment which is situated on G.E.Road on January 1999. Our college had provided all the facilities and had kept the promises Managed by them for the development of the students And the building of the college was inaugurated in the presence of Shri Ravindra Chobey, Shri Satyanarayan Sharma ,Shri K K gupta, Mayor Shri Tarun Chhatterjee, Vice Chancellor Acharya Shri Ranbeer Singh Shastri, M.L.A. Brijmohan Agrawal and M.L.A. Mohammed Akbar on 18th January 2000. The College focuses on Theoretical as well as Physical education .Our college provides all the facilities of the sports like Hockey, Kabbadi , Basketball ,Softball ,Cricket ,Football ,Handball, Volleyball etc with proper training.Vipra Arts, Commerce & Physical Education College organizes many other events apart from academic ,sports and cultural activities for the growth and development of students personal skills.“Arise! Awake! And Stop not until the goal is reached” is one of the saying which every members of Vipra Family follows.
