Beetroot is not the most appreciated vegetable in our household! But the Beetroot Raita is always welcomed with "arre wah!"

Welcomed New Year Style... Since we were busy with orders New Year's Family Dinner happened a little later than The Eve... But it was as awesome as any other occasion...
