Atta, Rice, Pasta, Oats, Poha, Dalia = Samak Rice, Kutta Atta, Singhara Atta, Sabu Dana

1 bread, 20gm, rice or 20gm atta = 100gm Potato or 100gm fruits

1 EGG = 25 gm Paneer, 20gm Cheese, 1 slice cheese

100gm Chicken = 1 Scoop Whey
