The 3 things that your real estate agency probably is doing wrong are all related to social media. And that is: • Not Posting Consistently • No Consistent Style • Not Analysing If we go over the first one: "Not Posting Consistently" The problem with not posting consistently is that you are losing visibility for your followers and, most importantly, losing favour of the algorithm. Nearly every social media algorithm prioritises posting consistency in different ways. If your content gets views every time and gets engagement, the algorithm will gradually increase how many people it will push it out to. Second: "No Consistent Style" Why is having a consistent style important? Because from a consistent style, a brand will form. In this digital age, the competition on social media is at its all-time high, so the importance of creating a memorable profile is also at an all-time high. Super easy: Stick to 3 colours and 1 font, and don't vary too much on your editing style, and you have it figured out! The last one: "Not Analysing" This is probably the one that most agencies don't do at all or only do very badly. Social media is a bit of luck but mostly a numbers game. If one of your posts is doing super good, repurpose it and ride the views and leads one more time, and do it until it is not working anymore. Also, see what type of content works and use them as "templates" for your future content creation. That's it, solve these 3, and your social media authority will increase.

And there are probably 100+ ways you can achieve this, But 99% of them take too much time or the ROl isn't good enough. So, here are our 2 favorites: Social Media and Email. Social media and email are a powerful combination if used together efficiently. The problem I see is many real estate agencies have a good system but are not utilizing a combination of tools effectively. The strength of social media is that it can easily reach, nurture, and build trust with new leads, but the issue is that it's very general. That's why email is the follow-up. Here's our strategy for real estate agencies: We use social media to reach potential clients and provide them with value through: • Tips and Tricks • Content Ideas • Strategies And so on... From there, we funnel them into signing up for a newsletter where we ask them specific questions like: - What is your budget? - How big of a house are you looking for? - Do you have kids? From there, we nurture them through social media and emails, and when we find a perfect house, we send a perfect proposal and encourage them to call you to book an appointment. So, from this, we check off all the steps to make the leads as ready to buy as possible when they meet you.
