Anxiety can affect young minds. A study by Harvard reported that chronic anxiety in children can change the architecture of their brain, especially memory, emotions and learning!
Children display anxiety in a variety of ways, most commonly, separation anxiety, social anxiety and specific phobias. Pay close attention to them as their symptoms might show in ways that are not easily recognisable or associated with anxiety.
