veterinary medicine to commercial piloting, it's inspiring to witness our young girls breaking stereotypes and exploring unconventional career avenues.

👨‍💼 Equally heartening was the passion exhibited by the boys, with one expressing a genuine interest in politics as a means to make a positive impact on society. It's moments like these that reaffirm our faith in the next generation's potential to effect meaningful change.

I extend my deepest gratitude to Goodluckpublishers, the principal, staff, and, most importantly, the students for organizing such an engaging and enriching session. Together, let's continue to encourage and support our youth in pursuing their dreams, no matter how diverse or unconventional they may seem!

🌟 Success, in Managing Exam Stress 🌟

📚 It's that time of the year again. Exam season, a ride of stress for students and parents.. You know what? Stress can actually be a driving force if we know how to deal with it! 🚀

Recently I had the privilege of conducting a session for 400 students from grades nine to twelve. We delved into the intricacies of stress – its forms, contributing factors and most importantly effective strategies to overcome it. 💪

During the session we covered topics such as time management prioritizing health ensuring sleep and proper diet practicing meditation and deep breathing exercises. We even discussed the importance of engaging in activities and limiting screen time. 🕰️🧘‍♂️🍏

However one heartwarming moment occurred during a visualization exercise. A young student fearlessly shared his aspiration to become an astronaut. In a room filled with 450 people he humbly touched my feet as a gesture of respect. 🌌 His sincerity and passion were examples of the remarkable dreams our youth hold.

And now I have a message for parents; Please avoid projecting your insecurities onto your children. Instead shower them with love and support while creating an atmosphere at home by being, for them every step of the way.
Your support is incredibly important, to them. It's worth remembering that exams aren't about grades. They're a part of achieving our dreams. As we go through this period lets be there for each other and provide encouragement. Lets keep in mind that success goes beyond exam scores. Stay motivated stay mindful and dream big! We're all in this with love and support, from parents and friends.

Workshop Diaries: Weaving Stories, Shaping Classrooms (and Hearts!)

The magic of stories transcended borders, captivating hearts and minds as I journeyed from Bareilly to Muradabad! ✨

In Bareilly, whispers of a small story turned into a chorus of engaged voices. Teachers at GRM Bareilly leaned into the interactive storytelling session, their enthusiastic participation igniting imaginations and nurturing curiosity. Witnessing how my tales sparked creativity and problem-solving skills in these educators was truly rewarding.

But the adventure didn't stop there! We delved into the practical world of classroom management, exploring strategies to create a positive and productive learning environment for every student. The discussions and active participation from the teachers showcased their dedication to shaping classrooms where every child can thrive.

And then, onto Muradabad! The warmth of the audience in this incredible city matched the passion bubbling within their classrooms. Their eagerness to learn new storytelling techniques and classroom management strategies was both inspiring and humbling.

From weaving tales that spark imagination to crafting methods for a harmonious learning space, these sessions proved that effective teaching is about touching hearts and minds in equal measure.

My deepest gratitude to the entire team at for making this multifaceted journey possible. Your dedication to education and empowering educators is truly remarkable.

My heartfelt thanks to and the entire staff of both the schools

Workshop Diaries
Yesterday, I facilitated a workshop for boys from classes 6th to 10th of St. John's School, Ferozabad.

And what an experience it was!

These surprised me with their openness and vulnerability.

We talked about , , the struggle with -love, and navigating the minefield of .

There were genuine, heart-wrenching confessions: "No one ever talks about these things with us." They acknowledged using insensitive language ("ladkiyon ki tarah") against others, while also admitting to being victims of bullying and body shaming.

A poignant truth emerged: the very tools they wielded for exclusion were borne out of their own unspoken struggles.

Then came the lightbulb moments:
• "Jisko dard hota hai, asli mein wahi saccha mard hota hai" - a beautiful insight from Ayushmann Khurana’s video. https://lnkd.in/ggyNCueZ
• "Why do we have gender inequality?" - a question begging for open dialogue and proactive change.
This workshop wasn't just about imparting knowledge; it was about building a safe space for open dialogue. And through that dialogue, a bridge was built - between boys and girls, between their struggles and their solutions, between the silence and the growth potential.

I left the school with a heart full of gratitude.
Gratitude to:
• The brave boys who participated and shared their truths.
• The insightful girls who recognized the need for these conversations.
• The visionary team at for making this space possible.

I extend my heartfelt thanks to the Principal, and vice principal for their warm hospitality and for being sensitive towards the growing need for mental health of .
This wasn't just a workshop; it was a call to action. It's time we break the "boys' code" of silence and start talking openly about these crucial issues with our children.
Let's make these topics not "rarely discussed," but openly embraced, so we can raise a generation that's empowered, compassionate, and equipped to build a more equitable world.
Who else agrees it's time we start these conversations? Share your thoughts in the comments!

As a workshop facilitator, I often encourage participants to delve into the therapeutic realm of diary writing. It's a profound personal experience that allows individuals to explore their thoughts and emotions freely.

However, a recurring theme emerges: students lament the lack of privacy, citing parental intrusion as a barrier to open sharing.

This raises an important question: where do we draw the line between respecting parental authority and ensuring a safe space for self-expression?

In fostering this space, parents must recognize the sanctity of their children's diaries. Respect for boundaries and privacy should be paramount.

Parents can become allies in their children's journey of self-discovery by adopting
a. An open and transparent communication style
b. By creating an environment where children feel free from judgment,
c. Parents become guides on the side, not sages on the stage
d. Become supportive listeners rather than suffocating their children with "should be done" statements.

An atmosphere of understanding and openness enables children to express themselves without fear of harsh judgment or unsolicited suggestions. It's about leaving a space for reconsideration, acknowledging that thoughts and feelings are fluid, subject to change and growth.

Just as we encourage students to reflect in their diaries, parents too can engage in introspection about their role. Are they fostering an environment that promotes free expression, or inadvertently stifling it?

Are they allowing room for their children to navigate their emotions and thoughts independently?

It’s a delicate dance between guidance and giving space. Parents should be the comforting backdrop against which their children's narratives unfold, rather than the editors dictating the plot. By embracing this dynamic, we can cultivate an environment where the diary becomes a trusted confidant rather than a source of apprehension.

📚🌟 Celebrating Hindi Week and Hindi Divas on September 14th is a beautiful reminder of our rich linguistic heritage. Yet, it's disheartening to see apprehension among parents about teaching Hindi to their children. Why this hesitation? Why the discomfort if our kids speak in Hindi?

In many European countries, people proudly converse in their native languages. So, why not us?

The New Education Policy (NEP) 2020 underscores the importance of teaching in one's mother tongue. While learning English and other foreign languages opens doors to opportunities, it shouldn't overshadow the beauty of our mother tongue, Hindi.

I'm thrilled to introduce a science series in Hindi, using stories to nurture curiosity, encourage questions, and provide answers. Language should never be a barrier; instead, it should facilitate exploration and learning.

Let's cherish and celebrate our linguistic diversity, embracing Hindi as a powerful tool to ignite young minds! 🇮🇳📖

I had the privilege of leading an intensive training for trainers, focusing on personal growth, goal attainment, harnessing strengths, and nurturing effective communication. Throughout the session, a common thread emerged - the widespread fear of public speaking and expressing thoughts openly.
Here's a concise roadmap for those seeking to amplify their public speaking prowess and cultivate unshakable confidence:
🔸 Practice: Just as athletes refine skills through practice, public speaking improves with consistent effort. Start small and gradually expand your comfort zone.
🔸 Persevere: The journey might be daunting, but every step forward is a step toward conquering fear. Stay resolute and persistent in your quest for growth.
🔸 Participate: Engage in group discussions and local forums. Active participation helps normalize speaking in front of others and lessens anxiety.
🔸 Curiosity with Questions: Begin by asking questions to your audience. This interactive approach eases tension and fosters engagement.
🔸 Begin Familiar: Initiate with friendly audiences – friends and family. Their encouragement and constructive feedback are invaluable confidence boosters.
🔸 Self-Motivation: Believe in your innate potential. Regularly remind yourself of the progress you're making and the impact your words can wield.
🔸 Daily Enrichment: Fuel your eloquence by reading daily. This practice hones your verbal prowess, enriching both your vocabulary and confidence.
🔸 Today's the Day: Delaying only prolongs the journey. Commence your transformation today, one step at a time.
Remember, even the most accomplished speakers embarked on a similar path. Embrace the challenge, for within it lies the key to your empowerment.
🙏 A special thank you to the Chief HR for taking the time to honour all participants with certificates. Your support and recognition are truly appreciated.
🌟 And heartfelt gratitude to the CSR head and team for their seamless coordination and warm hospitality, and to all participants for sharing their touching stories and trust. Your love and respect mean the world. 🌟
