Is the Mahindra XUV700 Diesel worth buying in 2023? Read full information on .in.

Mahindra XUV700 Diesel: Worth in 2023? 27/11/2023

Mahindra XUV700 gained massive popularity and demand in the Indian market for its features and performance. Many people who demand a safer and fun car can get an SUV. Now, the question arises is the Mahindra XUV700 Diesel worth buying in 2023? We recommend you keep reading the post to further clarify your doubts. Looks of the Car.

Performance of the Mahindra XUV700 Diesel

There are a lot of people who appreciate diesel engines from Mahindra for their punchy driving experience. Anyone who wants something that offers an excellent torque delivery can get the Diesel version of the XUV700. Just hit the accelerator and feel the punch of the Diesel engine. One would actually forget the Petrol engines after driving a Diesel XUV700. I personally drove the Automatic version with a diesel engine and no doubt the car gave smoother gearshifts. Some noise kicks in on revving harder but that whistling noise will still excite the automotive enthusiasts. Braking response is also just excellent when one drives the car making the XUV700 a stellar choice. Those who are looking for a powerful diesel car can get the XUV700 Diesel. It's definitely a no-nonsense car for its power delivery.

Ride and Handling of the XUV700

One thing that you notice during the drive is the steering wheel which adds very much to the convenience of driving. There is definitely some weight that kicks in higher speed but the feel and feedback are just decent. The steering wheel does weigh up at higher speeds but still, it's not a very dynamic steering wheel. Ride and handling balance are also amazing as the body roll feels very less inside the XUV700. Overall, we are impressed by the XUV700 for its driving experience.

Features of the XUV700 Diesel

There are numerous things that will impress people including the features of the car. Mahindra has an array of features that are present on the XUV700 including ADAS and many other features. Our take on infotainment would be that the response could have been better and sharper. It's not that bad an update in response would make it even better. The sound system by Sony is just stellar if one talks about the sound quality of the car. Those who are music lovers will love the sound system with the Sony speakers on the top variant of the car. Rest, some additional features like ADAS and the Electronic parking brake will impress people who appreciate cars with an array of features.

Is the Diesel better than Petrol?

The petrol engine is also very much powerful but the thing is that the petrol engine will deliver lesser fuel efficiency than the diesel. Those who drive maximum on the highways should get the diesel XUV700, A Petrol engine would be a worthy choice if one will drive mostly in the cities and running is less than 10 kilometres per day. It would be worth it if one gets a Diesel engine for highway drives and the capable diesel engine has an excellent capacity to overtake other cars on the highway.

Mahindra XUV700 Diesel: Worth in 2023? In this post, we have answered the question on the bases of a drive experience to tell if the Mahindra XUV700 Diesel makes sense in 2023.

Has the Tata Nexon EV that they launched in the India market. Keep following .in for all the latest automobile updates.

Tata Nexon EV Review: Tech Goes Bold 23/11/2023

Tata Motors made updates to the Nexon which now comes with a plethora of features for the Indian market. Anyone who looks forward to an electric crossover can get the Nexon EV which now gets better with design and features. Does the Nexon EV now make sense for the Indian market? Keep reading the review of Tata Nexon EV for better analysis of the crossover.

Tata Nexon EV Review Exterior

The Nexon EV boasts a better design that's much better than its predecessor. That's due to the inspiration that it takes from the Curvv concept that Tata Motors showcased at Auto Expo 2023. One will definitely appreciate the Curvv-inspired design over the Range Rover-inspired design of the Nexon EV. Be it the alloy wheels or any side, the Nexon EV is one of the most stellar Electric Crossover in the market. One of the most appealing things about the design is surely the matrix indicators available with Empowered trim. The matrix indicators on the outside definitely attract a lot of attention and make an addition to the aesthetics of the crossover. Overall, this definitely deserves a better rating for its appeal in terms of design.

Tata Nexon EV Review: What's on the inside?

There is nothing to complain about the design of the Nexon EV which looks both futuristic and ferocious. It boasts a plethora of features from cinematic touchscreen to the digital steering wheel. It does give a feeling like one is driving a mini Curvv. Some of the massive improvements include a cinematic touchscreen and a fully digital instrument cluster. One should check the 360-degree camera that has a sharper resolution over the previous facelift of the Nexon EV. It does show all the objects with clarity. Rest, JBL speakers are present for the stellar audio quality on offer. Everything just feels better from features to everything inside the car. Tata Motors even changed the gear k**b which feels premium on the inside. Overall, it deserves an outstanding rating for its design and features.

The Drive Experience of the Nexon EV

Coming to the drive experience, the Nexon EV boasts a comfortable driving experience that makes it a perfect family crossover. There is no compromise on driving experience because of its typical EV characteristics. During my short drive, I personally found the steering wheel to be on the lighter side of city driving. Its predecessor has a heavier steering wheel but this two-spoke unit feels better in driving. High-speed driving is something I will comment on whenever I will drive the car for a longer duration. Performance definitely remains uncomprimised and acceleration is also brisk when one puts the foot on the accelerator. This is something that one will feel in sports mode. Eco mode just robs away the performance because it saves charge but not a usual mode for sportier driving.

It was the first time I got to do a test of the lights which does ensure better visibility on the roads. Lighting is something that's a major concern and doesn't let you feel blind on the roads. Rest, and drive the car yourself if you want to experience the Nexon EV.

Safety of the Nexon EV

A post shared by TATA.ev (.evofficial)

Build quality is definitely amazing on the Nexon EV. Everyone has concern for safety which Nexon EV fulfills in an uncomprimised manner. It does 6-airbags as a standard and also a 5-star safety rating from Global NCAP. Safety is something where Tata Motors has very high standards in the Indian market. That's something one will like about the car.

If talking about my final conclusion, my preference would be the Nexon EV if I need a perfect family car for a longer duration. It's something I am saying after my first drive with the car.

Toyota Camry Hybrid Review: Perfect Chauffer's Car 18/11/2023

Life is too short to settle for dull cars, especially for those who truly enjoy driving. Being chauffeured every day may seem convenient, but true driving enthusiasts crave the unique experience that only a driver's car can provide. In this review of the Toyota Camry hybrid, we will thoroughly analyze all the aspects that prospective customers will appreciate or potentially dislike about this car.

Toyota Camry Hybrid Review: Exterior Looks of the Car

Toyota Camry Hybrid Exterior

People who prioritize aesthetics over everything will find the Camry appealing for its design language. A car that excels in design, like the Camry, commands a significant road presence similar to the Fortuner. However, for cabbies and chauffeurs, the car's design might not be a priority as their main focus is getting their passengers to their destinations. In terms of dimensions, the Camry feels longer, catering to those who prioritize interior space.

Toyota has put considerable effort into the headlights and taillights, contributing to the timeless appeal of the Camry's design. This suggests that the Camry's aesthetics will stand the test of time and not become outdated.

Toyota Camry Hybrid Review: The Interior and the Features

Toyota

Toyota Camry Hybrid Interior

Looking at the features, the Camry boasts impressive features although it lacks some advanced ones like ADAS and a 360-degree Parking Camera. While it offers an electric sunroof, even entry-level cars in India have this feature. The comfort inside justifies the price, with excellently cushioned seats and electric adjustments for all seats, adding to the luxurious feel. However, the audio quality is disappointing for the price, despite the presence of a 9-speaker JBL system.

In the 60-lakh price range, a better audio system would be expected to satisfy luxury car owners. The rear of the Camry provides a true luxury experience, with touch-based controls for the audio system and electric seats. The spacious rear is a crucial feature appreciated by those who prefer to relax while being chauffeured. Overall, the Camry earns a positive rating for its practicality.

Toyota Camry Hybrid Review: The Driving Feel

Moving on to the driving experience, the Camry's engine exhibits excellent refinement, particularly during ignition. It's a perfect fit for those who enjoy a smooth driving experience without the need for aggressive acceleration. The CVT transmission ensures seamless gear shifts without any jerks. While the performance might not satisfy those seeking immediate torque rushes, the Camry's steering offers great comfort for everyday driving. This makes it suitable for a relaxed driving experience. Additionally, its suspension has a balanced tuning due to there being minimal body roll that one gets to feel on the car. A driver will not feel distracted because of the heads-up display that adds to the practical driving experience.

Safety of the Toyota Camry

Regarding safety, the Camry impresses with its fabulous build quality evident when closing the car door. The price is justified with safety features like front parking sensors and a comprehensive 9-airbag system, adding significant value to the car's safety profile.

The Camry earns a positive rating for its practicality which is the demand of a luxurious car buyer.
